Some of the best CARNITAS Burritos in town. They're the closest to my homemade that I've found in Bakersfield. Service is Friendly and Fast too. Also very reasonable price. I totally recommend this place for any night Mom's too tired to cook, closest to homemade.
My wife and I get food from ¡Ajua! regularly. It's a great little place that's locally owned. I love their asada tacos and burritos, their torta cubana, the steak plate, and the burgers. My wife loves anything with their shredded beef or chile verde, especially the nacho fries, and she likes their soup. They have consistently great quality food and their interior seating is nice, with window seats, tables, and cozy booths.
It was really good! Ordered some Menudo and they have the beef stomach and hominy in it which is my favorite combination when they make it at home. Usually traditional Menudo is not made this way but it is freaking bomb. Delicious with a side of chips and guac.
