Came out to eat with my family tonight and we had such a great experience.. waited no longer than 10mins to be seated. The waiter was absolutely amazing!! He got everyone’s orders correct and constantly kept checking how we were doing or if we needed anything. Refilled our drinks. & was friendly and engaged with us about our celebration for my sisters bday. The waiter was Joel & that man needs a raise for busting his ass today!

Leah was a GREAT Server!! Matt also kept checking us to make sure we didn’t need anything. EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly people!! Definitely recommend to everyone!!

They say open until midnight, but they're actually not. Only restaurant near the Hilton hotel that's supposed to be ope until 12-midnight... but they're not. Walked in at 11:35, they said sorry we're closed, it was slow. At least four tables full of people still sitting and eating inside. I'll make sure I tell Hilton/Homewood Suites to not recommend this place for "late night" food.

Having been a server myself I was thoroughly impressed with Toms service, there wasn’t a question about the menu that he didn’t have the answer to. He was pleasant and professional I hope to have him as my server every time I return.

Came here today on a Saturday and restaurant is busy with a small wait, but speed of service, atmosphere of restaurant, and quality of food has all been amazing! Our server Tyler was on point with everything including speed, pace of food and great friendly communication. Thanks Applebees for a great experience!

Javier was exceptional! He served my husband and I with a beautiful smile. He was friendly and carried a light conversation with us while making sure his other tables were being cared by him as well. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We ate at applebees for Dinner before hitting the road. Boy do i regret that. We ordered, the waitress read it back, seems like everything was all good, but then the 1st thing was she forgot my water, them she forgot my sons drink, & then i realized after about 10mins after we all got our food except my son. we checked their lil ipad thingy & noticed she NEVER put in my eldest order at all! For any neuro-typical kid that wouldnt be a huge deal but my son has a rare genetic condition that causes him to be constantly in starvation mode, that causes some behaviors around food. We've never had issues like this at any other restaurant in town. Ontop of that she got my other childs side wrong & brought out a corn dog that was all burnt on the tip so my son was complaining about that. I asked her for mustard we never got that. Never got a refill. My sons food still took 20 more mins to come out & it was just a chicken Quesadilla. I couldnt enjoy my dinner, i mean how could i? I didnt get my water until my food was cold. My chicken was salty as well. I talked to the manager about how upset I was with their service & got alot of empty apologies. Take ur money up the street to Olive Garden & leave happy
