I’ve been here about 6-7 times and shrimp was amazing. The seasoning was great and my bag of shrimp were nice and covered with their special sauce (the works). Today unfortunately my shrimp were overcooked no sauce for me to dip my shrimp in and about 5 pieces of potato. The bag of shrimp looked dry and didn’t look appetizing at all. It seems like their food quality really fell off from when they first opened. This was my go to when I was craving shrimp in a bag. Not anymore.

We normally love this place but it will be our last time coming. They have gotten really stingy we always get the big combo and share (my husband and I) that is we came for my birthday this time bringing my 2 year old and got the same thing but a little more there was only 6 shrimps in our bag the sausage were super skinny, there was more clams and mussels than anything, the sauce was barely there the corn tasted old and nasty then a 10% gratitude was put on for only us ! We definitely did not add anything additional tips should be base on service not automatically what a shame!

Honestly never thought I'd be writing a disappointing experience for C Fresh, until now.
My family of three went to eat. Mind you, we go pretty often and this time, I decided it would be nice to treat them for lunch on me.
My first complaint: Their sauce ratio to food has gotten much lower than before. It barely filled up the tray and so we asked the person serving at that time if they could add just a little bit more sauce in addition to what was already given. The guy said yes that would be okay. I assumed it was out of kindness, but no, it was later added to the receipt.
My second complaint: I was getting ready to pay on their little portable machine when something caught me by surprise. It was the addition of the extra sauce for $5. I was already baffled but just let it go, it's just $5 anyways. Then I asked for a paper copy of the receipt. I looked and it has automatically added 10% gratuity? This was not mention nor SHOWED on the little portable machine. We were planning on tipping with cash but since we saw the 10% added gratuity in the total, we decided not to.
My third complaint: In addition, I was conversing with my boyfriend about it and he said him and his family also encountered the same problem. But worse. They ended up double tipping since they also were not aware of the 10% gratuity added.
In conclusion, the food is really good but the shadiness of the whole business was unrighteous. If you want food, get it to go and ALWAYS get a copy of the receipt. You never know what's been added.

I tried C Fresh for the first time and I can say it was very delicious I had the gumbo and bread bowl and fried crawfish...I ordered to go and by the time my food was still hot... Perfectly served..I like the atmosphere of the place very family friendly, date night worthy football night with the guys or a night out with the girls. I be back soon

Nope, not again! This is second time I ordered only because my go to spot was closed. First time I paid for sausage and never got. This time and same as last time ordered a 1lb bag of shrimp and added the extras, corn, sausage. Guarantee you they put all the extras in and weigh the bag because aint no way I am getting the 1lb of shrimp I paid for. This happened on both occasions. Aside from that the shrimp are small. The works seasoning is ok, but so disappointing. This place does not compare to my favorite Claw daddys so if you looking for a spot on their days closed for that fix, this aint the place. If you are real hungry, in the neighborhood and dont mind paying extra money for less flavor and quality then this is the spot.
