I ordered food with my family on 9/19 around 7pm and it was good, no problems there. But the MANAGER!!! Absolutely rude. he disrespected the staff (a young girl) in front of the customers even pointing his finger in the cashier girls face. Poor girl looked like she wanted to cry (I don’t think she was any older than 17/18) . I will not be coming back to this location in the marketplace. I felt so bad for her! Treating people that Way is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I come here pretty often and I don’t haven't seen him before. He might be new. He needs to take training classes in how to treat his employees. I recommend the girl sues! I wasn’t going to say anything but if it was my daughter 😤😤

We will most likely stop going to Baja fresh. Everything has some sort of spicy pepper in it, and I don't want to have to ask them to not include spicy peppers every single time I order.

Delicious shrimp tacos and tostada salad. Be sure to ask for the local 25% discount before they ring you up. I mentioned I live in the local mountains after the fact when I was told about the discount, disappointing considering what I spent. At least the manager gave me a couple of large containers for extra salsa. Love that salsa bar.
Save yourself the cost and go to Chipotle. Burrito bowls and burritos at 18$ ea is just insane and thats not even as a meal. The food was overstuffed with bellpepper as a filler.

I usually go to lunch here and always get the Baja chicken bowl and it’s always delicious, but today I decided to get the shrimp bowl. Worst choice ever!!! The shrimp were literally raw! And when I mean raw, I mean they were still very grey! Don’t get shrimp here. Ended up throwing all the shrimp away and just eating the rice along with the vegetables. But don’t get shrimp here they won’t even cook it!!

Baja Fresh was great. It has been some time since I have been there. I dined in and ordered one of their burritos with asada and guacamole with chips. While eating, the manager handed me a voucher for $5 off my next purchase.
