I have been coming to the Baja Fresh at the Marketplace since it was 1st open over 22 years ago! It's been remodeled a few times and it has always been a cool place for lunch or dinner. I'm partial to the shrimp bowls!

Delicious shrimp tacos and tostada salad. Be sure to ask for the local 25% discount before they ring you up. I mentioned I live in the local mountains after the fact when I was told about the discount, disappointing considering what I spent. At least the manager gave me a couple of large containers for extra salsa. Love that salsa bar.

Great place to get nutritious tasty food. Kudos to the chef and Stacy my server. She truly enjoys her work. It shows with her hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to make lunch or dinner time as good as possible.
