Order delivery and pizza showd up cold and not even room temperature. Crust was cold and hard had to warm it up in the microwave. First time ordering and will definitely never order again. Very disappointed.

Terrible service, it takes more than an hour to deliver an order, the guys who work there are not helpful and no one helps you, they just tell you to ask at the cashier.

I was really looking forward to going to this place and what a disappointment. I arrived at a nice place, the atmosphere was good, they were watching the Dodgers game, but you have to fight for a table since they fill up as you arrive, so tell your partner to go order while I look for someone to clean the table. I ordered a couple of beers that arrived within a few minutes. For lunch we ordered a pizza combo that included appetizers and I ordered ice cream for my daughter. The time of my order was 6:56 recorded on the ticket. 1 hour passed 8:00 at night, no appetizers, no ice cream, no food. I asked a couple of times they just said we are very busy. I decided to cancel my order when I noticed that 3 different tables that had arrived between 10 and 15 minutes after us were already eating wings, fries, pizza. Why didn't they send my appetizers? To entertain my hunger. The worst thing is that when I cancelled my order, the girl at the cash register had the nerve to charge me for the drinks that I didn't even finish, since the beers were supposed to be used to eat the pizza. If you want to drive 15 minutes to be treated like garbage, this place is ideal.

You know when you are really looking forward to something great and it turns out to be garbo. Thats waht this was like. I remember this place being much better. Ordered two pizzas, one Bangkok boom, both super doughy and under cooked messed up crust. The bangkok was not spicy at all. Both pizzas didnt look anything like what they should. WHY??

Had a bad experience I placed my order then I see everyone that came after me getting their food and I still hadn’t gotten my pizza . 30 minutes pass I ask how long for my pizza and I was told they never put the order in for it, But how I get my fried pickles if they didn’t put my order in? told me it will be 10 min a hr passed and nothing. So I got a refund for the pizza and left. They did apologize for the inconvenience.

I have been frequenting Bakersfield Pizza Co for years, but today I had a disappointing experience. Despite my son's allergies, which we always accommodate by bringing our own food, we were told that outside food was not allowed. It seems that this rule only applies to those who don't spend a significant amount of money. We won't be returning.

I love this place! The food is so good and tastes like it's made of quality ingredients. Also the vibe is very relaxing. This spot is quickly becoming a favorite for me.
