I ordered their, supposed-to-be, iconic turkey looking ice cream cake. When the lady opened the box so I can check how it looked, the ice cream was melting off the sides. They could have covered their mistake with the brown caramel they had all over the cake, but didn’t. I could have asked them to fix if I had the time, but I didn’t, but frankly, should I have to ask for better quality? The one positive was the ice cream flavor, but of course, cause I chose the flavor I like, so… anyways. I guess another positive if I’m thinking about it, was it gave my folks a good laugh to see how messed up it was. Here is a pic of just the leg part I sliced up for myself. I like what they used for the leg, an ice cream waffle cone.

Pizza ice cream... yes its a thing... sure its just an ice cream pie shaped like a pizza... but its in a cool pizza box, and it's sliced... so its awesome...Pictured is the Resse's ice cream flavor with great toppings... a bargain to me at $19.99 as other ice cream pies go up to $45...

Their was also a fly inside the ice cream cooler. We didnt get greeted as we were coming in. Overall customer service could have been better as well. No wonder other locations have closed.

Hey, it's BR. A little pricey but where else can you find German Chocolate Cake ice cream? Nice to go to and indulge yourself now and again. Clean and good seating. Ho hum staff. They get the job done.

The place makes good cakes, don't get me wrong, but they always forget things. We ordered ice cream cakes there multiple times and they always forget something. First it was forgetting the writing on our Father's day cake and next it was forgetting the candles we paid for with my son's b-day ice cream cake. If you are gonna order an online cake from here, always check ur receipt and make sure u have everything u ordered before u leave!!
