Store hours are wrong. They don’t close at 10 pm. I am currently at the store at 9:20 pm and was told the store is closes at 9:30. I was not served and the door was locked behind me. No store hours are located at the store as well

I hardly give a complaint review unless I was very dissatisfied. I ordered my daughter a cake online. First thing when I arrived to pick up cake they were out of the icing color I asked for the writing on the cake. So ok I chose another. 2nd when I got home I looked at the cake and noticed they spelled my daughter's name wrong. 3rd The supposedly roses on the cake looked like some bad carnations and 4th I ordered white cake and they gave me chocolate. Didn't notice that until I cut the cake. One of my family members is allergic to chocolate so they were un able to enjoy any. I will never order from that location ever again ?

Dinning area is always closed showed up today Tuesday night at 9:25 and they are closed when hours posted online and at the business state open till 10pm and their online post states hours confirmed by business 3 weeks ago!

Arrived and found notice on door “on break”. Waited 20 minutes and called. No answer. Was getting ready to leave when TWO girls showed up and unlocked door. Very unprofessional!!

The ice cream was really good but I ended up paying over 14$ for just 3 single scoops of ice cream, for that price I'd rather go to Rite Aid for a better deal or Cold Stone for better product.

the workers were lovely, but the temperature in the store. was terrible. it was almost as hot as it was outside. terrible. my icecream was melting before i even got to leave.
