Horrible experience! Customer service was awful, food server had no idea about how to serve a table. Apparently no experience at all, it took 30 mins to get my food and then I had to continue to ask for condiments and refills, It was just a big disappointment!! The food is nothing special, bland! Don't waste your energy or money at this place😞

I’ve had my fair share truly Verde. Hands-down, this is the best one. The first bite I can tell it has been cooking for days. It wasn’t watered down. It was thick like Gravy and I respect that. Great service as well.

So mixed review.I had the Santa Fe Stack and it was good, kind of bland but with added salsa was good,My husband had the chicken fried steak and was very disappointed. The meat was pre breaded restaurant pack, the typical crispy flavorless patty, just meh.The gravy was also lackluster.Thin and also meh, putting the two items together along with the pre made tasteless biscuit did not do anything to make a good combo.The eggs were perfect and the hashbrowns were crispy and fresh so that was a plus.The service from greet to end was great, fast and friendly.Inquired about needs but not rushing us or over stepping conversation. The place looks great and was very clean and comfortable. Hope they take our review to heart and maybe step up their game on the foods mentioned.

First experience was excellent! Had brunch today with my wife and I will say it was an enjoyable meal. My Irish Benedict has very flavorful shredded corned beef and the eggs were poached to perfection. The hollandaise sauce was very tasty and the hash browns were grilled to crispy perfection. My wifes eggs were also cooked to her liking and the side of fries were excellent as well. The service was top notch. We are definitely going to try other items on the menu and hope the positive trend continues. If I seem overly complementary I will just say we have tried so many breakfast and brunch places in Bakersfield and have been consistently disappointed but Bellas is right around the corner from where we live and was a solid first try for me and second for my wife (she insisted I try it). Now if they would only add the Golden State Benedict that the Broken Yolk used to have.......

This place was very good..For the best part was the service..first with Kaylee then Mariah because we moved tables...the table was wobble but that can be fixed.Food was hot and tasty.They've only been open this month of November..and I'll be going again. My only suggestion would be get bigger cups for coffee..I'm a coffee drinker🥴
