Love the deals here. Meals usually are tasty, easy, delicious. Tuesday they have a great deal, 2 for 3 tacos and 2 for 5 quesataco. Their salsa bar is usually pretty well maintained and they have a cover for it as well. Nice seating area to enjoy your meal as well as decent parking.
It can be very subtle details that separate a good from a great burrito. Tortilla has to be toasted. Meat flavorful but not over salted. Rice flavorful and cooked to soft but not mush. Beans soft like you would have in a soup. Some places leave them partially cooked! While other folks recommended the tacos, I wanted a burrito. These guys did not disappoint. Every box was checked and even a little red onion in there was a great touch. I’m just passing through but I’ll be by again when I’m on the road. Worth a stop.

Taco truck with an outdoor physical location. Hot, but shaded and had swamp cooler. I had the Birria ramen. Add some more onion and cilantro, hot suase, and lime from their topping cart, and it's a solid ramen that hits the spot. I would go back again to try other items and reasonably priced for things nowadays.

A cute food truck location with AMAZING tasting Birra tacos. I got 3 with cheese and onions also a small consume on the side to dip in. When I say the meat is tender juicy& full of flavor its an understatement & I am not kidding. Prices are so reasonable and I was full after 3. The consume is flavor filled and I couldn't tell if it was spicy or maybe it was the taco topping of onions and small jalapeños. It had just the right amount of spice. This place is a tiny gem. The only criticism I have is when asking questions the staff taking the order didnt seem to know how to give me guidance with the menu. They didnt really seem to want to answer questions and it was as if they expected me to know and understand the menu options. It is super basic, but I wanted to make sure I was ordering what I saw on google and Instagram cause it looked so good. Some other people dining here and their food looked very tasty as well. The dining area is in a small spot that is outdoor seating only. Very clean and several tables to sit at. It was nice out today but might be a bit much if its hot outside, no worries take it to go or eat in tour car in the AC... They also have some quesadillas and other options on the menu. If your in Bakersfield and want a tasty taco go here. Highly recommend. Definitely want to go back.

This place is a gem. That’s all I have to say. We stopped by on our way to Lindsay to eat something quickly, we weren’t too hungry and ate two each, it was just perfect. The meat is absolutely delicious, tender and super super tasty, just the right amount of spicy, and portions are generous.
The whole thing is very well thought, you have a little sort of buffet thingy on the side where you can get your own toppings as you wish (cucumbers, lime edges, pickled red onions, cilantro, etc), and since hubby and I both have the cilantro-tastes-like-soap gene, it’s really really nice to have it on the side and not actually blended into the rest of the food.
Tortillas are delicious too, so is the guac. Do yourself a favor and definitely get the consommé too on the side to dip your tacos !
So tldr, amazing food, great vibe, and all for a very reasonable price. Run don’t walk !
