Today is national Pi day so the pizzas are 3.14.The line is long and you will wait at least an hour. When I finally made it in the restaurant I observed there is only one person making the pizzas. It seems that with lines 50-75 people long it could be more efficient.

The wait was not long. They were fast and efficient. The pizza was vegan and it was good quality for the price. They offered the change gloves several times. That was very good to make that offer ?. It didn't matter that much to me. The downside is that because of the layout for preparation there is a lot of cross contamination. So if you are highly allergic this might not be your place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was comfortable so I'll likely be back.

Great service, the staff was very nice. The bathrooms were very clean and single use unisex. There didn't seem to be enough pizza pans so my food was put in a box even though I was dining in so it made me feel unwelcome. The trash can was over flowing with dishes and trash. Tables were not clean.

The only reason I'm giving a one start isn't because the food isn't good the is great but there this worker we met named Kim here who was being bombed by Mobil orders and In person orders by herself she handled it great while the other workers and by the looks of it manager was slacking off not helping her the one that looked like the manager was sitting on her phone watching her get order bombed and still did nothing to help her so Kim I think deserves good recognition for her work

The service here was awful. I used the mobile app to order at 6pm and when I got there around 6:25 when the app said my food was ready the staff didn't have any clue where the mobile order was at. One of the female staff members informed me that due to the line they have they're ignoring mobile orders until they get the line under control. I found this to be a poor choice of words especially when there were 5 employees there. 1 being at the oven and the other 4 on the line. I asked about my order 2-3 times before they finally said it was in the oven. By 7:15pm I finally recorded my order with two of the pizzas being made wrong. Missing ingredients and burnt on the bottom. I understand trying to get through the rush, but no one should have to wait and be told that the staff is ignoring orders made by mobile. I wouldn't have made this post if they made some sort of effort apologizing for the wait, but all I got was my name called oh and "here."

Don't bother ordering from Blaze Pizza on Coffee. They won't answer the phone, and the food is both burnt and cold. Once you call 10 times, after them picking up and hanging up, they will just tell you how busy they are. Guess what? We are busy too, which is why we entrusted our order with you. Never complain to a customer about being busy! It's called a job, and it's a blessing. Maybe staffing needs to be done along with customer service training. What a sad experience for the kids, too. Shame on you.
