I went in today with my partner and he ordered a green tea with 4 pumps of vanilla. The worker gave him matcha tea. My partner is highly allergic to matcha and he had to rush to the car to go grab his EpiPen. The worker said matcha and green tea is the same and I had to tell him it was indeed not the same. He then offered to use loose tea instead. I feel like loose tea should 100% be used when asked for green tea instead of matcha powder. Since it is very much possible to be allergic to matcha powder. Please, hire someone who knows the difference between their teas. Me and my partner are so very lucky we just got a new EpiPen for him...

Only good thing was the employees energy - the drink tasted chalky like it wasn't fully mixed and there was an exorbitant amount of ice. It's pretty dark in there and not a welcoming space to sit inside
