my best friend skyler and i went here for some delicious acai bowls in honor of her birthday! i ordered a patriot bowl and it was deeeelicious. the acai tasted really fresh and clean and very nice. the fruits were also fresh and tasty. i adooored the coconut on top as well. the bowl isn't too sweet either tis perfect. even though it was one of their busier days, they took our order and got it out to us very quickly. the restaurant had comfy seating and adorable decor.

I have a hard time figuring out what I like more, the ambiance, or the decor. Açaí bowls are PACKED and a SOLID bowl every single time. While açaí is the star of the show, the poke bowls aren't lacking in any category. The freshness and flavors are always a beautiful mix. And there's people complaining about the wait time. ROME WASNT BUILT IN A DAY BUT YOULL HAVE YOUR FOOD IN A MINUTE. Thank you.

I asked how much longer after a gentleman who was there before me received his order. Freddy let me know we were next. However, after waiting half an hour, I could not wait any longer, I asked for a refund, which he said would be on my card in 3 to 5 business days. He didn't offer a receipt, so I guess it's on good faith. There is ZERO customer service or a sense of urgency.

They only had one person working there, I asked the young gentleman if he was alone. He said "I've working by myself 7 hrs now, I still need my breaks." That left me in awe! Now it makes sense why the food takes long to come out and explains why the worker was so agitated. Poor guy, he should sue, that isn't right and surely isn't legal. Don't support businesses that don't care about their workers!!!

Bunch of rude unprofessional workers have been given moldy strawberries on two different occasions in my açaí bowls. Food was still thawing out once so clearly not fresh even got food poisoning which leaves me to now leave this review.

Nice place very clean but Horrible customer service some of the worst service ever . The guy at the register didn't help and didn't know anything about the products and didn't even attempt to find out important information. I wouldn't trust this place to be diligent with dietary procedures at all. This was my first time here and you lost a customer just based on that 1 interaction. I even asked to buy more stuff and asked what do you recommend and he said i don't know just look around. And they don't take cash what crazy. The food was bland and flavorless .

The food here is expensive, I don't know where the profit goes, defiantly not employees, they are always mad, frustrated etc. pay your employees right if you want them to treat your business with care. I always go to different locations and everyone working there doesn't have patience. I don't know what changed in the last year or so but the vibe isn't the same with staff!
