Just wanted to share my experience with Brazilian Muscle Bowls. I’ve now received moldy sea moss twice. once from their Mount Vernon location, and again from Pacheco. The first time, they offered a replacement, which I appreciated. I decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just a one time issue. But unfortunately, the same thing happened again. This time, I reached out and haven’t heard anything back, which has been really disappointing. I genuinely wanted to support them, but it’s a little concerning when it comes to product quality and safety, especially for something people are putting in their bodies. Just wanted to share so others can be aware before buying.

Whoever made my chicken burrito, needs to get their ass ate

I ordered an açaí bowl with protein powder and they put a dry scoop of powder like a topping we then asked them to remake it if they don’t blend in the powder but they just added more açaí and tried to hide the powder taking out my toppings that I paid extra in the process they returned a goopy mess! I don’t recommend this place at all it’s garbage.

I went to pick up my order at Bernard but I had ordered from the Pacheco location by accident. The guy offered no help at the Bernard location just told me to call grubhub wich isn't wear I had even ordered from. So I called the Pacheco location and asked to cancel but since it was already made, it was too late. The girl on the phone didn't offer a refund or even offer to credit for the next visit was very quick to get off the phone and kept saying since it was ready I couldn't cancel it. It was a 56$ dollar order. It was my mistake but I feel a credit or even a bit of kindness would have been appreciated.

Not really worth it; I purchased the patriol bowl was really small. I even added Nutella, and I was charged $1.30 for it. I don't mind, but the amount in the bowl was super small; I felt overcharged. I purchased the order on 12/13/2024 at 12:48 PM.

I paid nearly $19 for the fudge protein brownie bowl and added an extra scoop of chocolate whey protein….. 🥲

The sea moss taste like straight faucet water. They need to train workers better and raise the quality of food. the workers are really nice but they also forgot the avocado I paid for.. I didn’t want to go back so just wasted money. I don’t blame the workers for how my food came out, it’s the owners/ managers fault for not properly training.that’s the full portion of food I got , potato was burnt and raw at the same time

I have went to this location regularly for a few years now and I can honestly say I really enjoy their açaí bowls and juices. Ayden got my order just exactly how I like it when usually people look at me like I’m crazy for my custom bowl request. I wish there was more people on duty because Ayden, like most are dodging back and forth solo trying to accommodate everyone and stay on top of things. He did a great job during a rush by making sure everyone got what they ordered and the food presentation was still appealing. Also love that he is upbeat & friendly when usually the energy is very dry and quiet in there.

They went down hill on the acai bowls. They changed from plastic bowls to biodegradable. This means they can hide the fact that they cut down on how much base they put in. It's now a 80% fruit topping and 20% acai. The acai is also frozen not soft. I would compare the quality to walmart. Go anywhere else.

The actual food is not bad. It's just a bit pricey for the sizes, and my acai was almost frozen.
