My friend and I decided to try a new location for coffee this morning. We both ordered a hot latte with pistachio syrup- one with oatmeal and one with whole milk. It came with a LOT of foam, unbearable amount. It had a nutty flavor but not really a pistachio flavor. There was one here but us and the server was VERY attentive and friendly. We weren't hungry so we may give it another try for the food at a later time. They do charge a fee foe paying with card fyi.

Once you go once you'll want to go again. Whatever has kept you from going or made you hesitate just go and you'll see what I mean. The service is amazing and a great place you can even stop before work the food comes out to you fast and fresh. I've had a couple of their breakfast burritos and tried the chilequilles and it was all so good! If you see the manager Sandra tell her about your experience she is always friendly and welcoming. The coffees are really good too!
4.8/5 for the OH brisket burrito. One of the best burritos that I’ve had. Tortilla was soft and chewy and they did not skimp on the brisket. The burrito itself was pretty huge. Would definitely come back here again.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The wait time just to place my order was unreasonably long, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. The staff seemed disorganized and not very attentive — no one checked in or gave any updates while we were waiting. When I finally did get to order, the service still felt rushed and unfriendly.

Used to come here for the tres leche will no longer due business due to the drop in quality of there’s dessert. So dry seem like they put regular cake on top of the milk sad to see this happen.

Cross ham delicious but the two females working have a bad attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. Not friendly at all.

Couldn't believe just destroyed my danishes tossed them in the bag.
Then, went up and asked to separate him with the wax paper and toss them back in again, destroying the danishes.
If you're Mexican, be ready for discuss attitude with a smile for a first time experience

Husband got a very wet burrito last time we visited, but otherwise good pastries. Also they recently got a service robot which completely ruins the cozy vibe you’d expect at a place called Bread and Honey. I get they’re trying to fix the obvious understaffing issue, but hiring another person would have been the better fix in my opinion.

Was amazing the cinnamon roll I got , the pastries here are delicious will definitely be returning back .. my only issue would have to be the fact that there was only one worker when I went in the morning and it was pretty busy I felt quit bad for the female worker who was juggling 6 different orders at once ..
But this place is very good and lives up to a breakfast and lunch and even a nightly snack glad this place opens late till 8 . Gonna have to try the coffee next time!

Total disappointment, today I went and sat for 30 minutes and they only brought me the menu, they never took my order, this is the last time I went.

Service has been declining at this location over the past year. I had my final visit after my last purchase. I went it to purchase bread and asked if they had biscuits as well, employee told me they would check in the back and when she said there was 3 remaining I asked for all 3; employee brought them back bagged and I thought nothing of it as that’s what they usually do when they bring bread from the back. When I got home I found the biscuits had the size of mini cakes, they were dry and very compact and definitely didn’t have any of the features of a biscuit. I called the establishment to voice my concern and the employee told me there was nothing they could do; I asked for the manager and they said the manager had left for the day. I asked when the owner would be there because I knew the owner and was told that the business had a new owner and that the policy stated no refunds. I would have happily taken an exchange, store credit or even to swap the items and pay the difference.
