Man, what happened to mandarin express. They had such great food with amazing service. Now, manadarins food has gone downhill. So we tried brothers express, and the food is amazing but the costumer service was soo RUDE, I get it working in food service is stressful, but the lady with the face tattoos was being rude and stressing out even though there was no customers in the store. And maybe it would be understandable if we had a big group or something but 3 plates isn’t too hard. I’ve worked at mandarin express before so she probably was just having a bad day but she didn’t need to serve us with such attitude, when we were nothing but nice.

Extremely rude service, I asked the lady for fresh rice and she immediately started with an attitude: she threw my box face down on the counter and when I politely asked her to get me a new box she ignored me, and kept speaking over me and when I tried to resolve the issue she kept getting angrier and wouldn’t let me speak. Then she refused to give me service and started to take the next customers order. Very poor experience, unclean. I recommend they get new employees.

Kung Pao Chicken wasn't spicy, had very little chicken, lots and lots of celery and no peanuts. Garlic chicken is just like the orange chicken but not so sweet which I enjoyed. Rice is tasteless but a good base for the yummy garlic chicken sauce. May give it another go if craving Chinese food but will try other sides.

Son got food poisoning here. He almost needed an ambulance he was so sick. Also, the lady in the front treated him like a piece of crap even though he wasn’t rude or disrespectful to her. Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows…?Either way, eat at your own risk. Someone here isn’t following food safety standards.

This place is the best Chinese food I’ve ever tried! It is always super clean and smells like bleach or Pinesol which to me smells fresh and CLEAN😩 All the workers have great costumer service and are very patient😁 The worker with the tattoos on her face and the other worker with tattoos not her face only her arms have the best costumer service and keep the restaurant clean⭐️ The best part about it is they have ANOTHER restaurant on the east side where The East Hills is located like you are going to Target but turn left and that is the same place so it is clean and good customer service🤩 The food are always looking fresh and they have boba (milk tea and tai tea) I also recommend trying this place because one plate can feed a family of 3😋 They always pack your food with so much food that the plate looks like a mountain🥴

The lady with the ink on her face needs to learn how to be pleasant to her customers. I could have done without the constant eyeballing. I taste tested the chowmein, rice and orange chicken. The chowmein good, that's it. I was still going to buy food, but when she seem bothered I said, no thank you.
Very basic. Some of the items looked like they had been sitting there for a very long time. So I didn't get that. I ended up getting a combo B. Half fried rice and half noodles with beef & broccoli and fried shrimp)which they added a white sauce to it. The fried rice was kinda flavorless, noodles were ok if a bit mushy. Beef and broccoli VERY MUSHY beef was fake tasting. The shrimp was the best out of the 4 items I tried. But a bit lukewarm

Nothing sets this restaurant apart from those standard Chinese restaurants, too often found in most strip malls. There was nothing here that signaled to me that anything was being done with pride. Move along, nothing to see.
