Came here for a quick lunch. The hostess wasn’t very welcoming and seemed inconvenienced. The table next to us commented about her attitude as well. Our waitress was kind and attentive for the most part. I ordered deep fried pickles. And the 10 boneless wing lunch special with onion rings. The pickles were the best part of my meal, sadly. The onion rings were bland. The wings were very hard and crunchy with very little sauce. Best way I could describe it is if they coated literal rocks in sauce and served them. I’m pretty sure it caused the roof of my mouth to feel raw. I ate 3 pieces before I decided to throw them away.

Well 5th visit wings are usually hard and crispy and burger grissely. This time 3 of us got charged $80 instead of $54 and I didn't notice until this morning. Usually I catch it but tired of fighting companies with every transaction and just wanted to relax and not worry.
Instead I noticed this morning, as I had thought during the nights that the check wasn't right, that the 2 for $19.99 deal we got, they rang up for like $55 instead. Rip off place lousy food dont go here. Carl's Junior is better!
Sat there 20 minutes before anybody came to our first table. By then we had invited a third person so moved to a bigger table. We were about ready to leave when they took our order. Friendly server but apparently she doesn't know how to use the register or It's an orchestrated effort from the company to rip people off which I think is more likely since every company I deal with is incompetent including this one.
The Onion rings were good. The wings were hard as usual. I mean I don't know when you eat boneless wings are they supposed to like crunch in your mouth and hurt your teeth? I mean aren't they supposed to be soft? Do they leave them under the warmer for like 5 hours before dinner?
Now I have to waste gas to go get my $25 and do I get part of my tip back? Are they going to pay me $5 for gas now and my time at anywhere from $50 to $120 an hour? Most companies deserve to go out of business including this one. If you don't know how to handle food or money maybe you shouldn't own a restaurant.
I made three mistakes on this evening. One was going to Buffalo Wild Wings, The second was trusting the bill, and third was not checking it like I usually do because for one moment I thought I would have an attitude of trust and contentment....bzzzz fail. Never trust any company or anyone they are all trying to rip you off and will rip you off unless you fight and expose it.

After a long day at work I wanted a drink and some wings. Getting our order wrong was number one, but also receiving cold wings because we waited for an hour and the cherry on top was that the waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. Eating cold wings no potato wedges and no drink to wash it down .. what happened to BWW? My long day just got longer here!

One of the best serving experience I've ever had. I can't remember the man's name who was our waiter but he was incredibly. The food was fast and delicious, all around a great place to go.

Buffalo wild wings did not honor my reservation they say they do not participate. Therefore I had to wait to be seated and I didn't receive any points.

Per usual the environment on a Sunday for football was loud and rowdy which wasn't an issue just some fans in particular but overall not that bad...the service on the other hand was horrendous. Our server never really checked on us and 2 of the 3 orders we placed were cold. We had informed our server about one of them only for her to bring it back to us hot but not because it was freshly remade, you could definitely tell it was just thrown in the microwave because the wings were hot and the fries were hard unlikely the other fries that came with our orders. That's when we just wanted to hurry and and eat what we could and leave. Probably not going back to this particular location again.

Went in during my lunch break to pick up two orders place wasn’t too busy went to take out area was standing and waiting to see if someone would help us no one approached us to ask if we where picking up I walked to the front counter informed the young lady there that I was picking up two orders she went to the back and grabbed someone the young lady that helped us looked upset and bothered! Bad customer service! Point blank period I seen about three waiters in the area we were waiting and not one bothered to ask if we needed help!

I go here at least one’s a week it’s a hit or miss depending on the waitress I get most of the time if the order is wrong they fix it but today my waitress was in a hurry from the beginning I didn’t even get to finish my order she was walking away she was gone. Order was wrong I told her and she said she doesn’t make mistakes in her orders and was just rude.
