Went for a pick up order they messed up the flavor on my wings and had forgotten one of my chicken meals. Manager ended up telling me my whole meal would be refunded since they wouldn’t just give me my money back. After I called the next couple days to get my food which the manager said to do to get a refunded meal. After they tell me they can only refund the things they’d forgotten. My food was also cold.

busy on the weekend. On Tuesday they have buy one and get one half price wings and Thrusday buy one and get one free boneless wings. cannot go wrong with that. A lot of variety of drinks

Went there to celebrate my son birthday the meals were great but didn't like the menu which had a beef for sub,now subway ask if you want a 6 inch or a footlong but bww gives you less than 6 inches and the price was to much

Went for an early lunch (about 11:30) and really enjoyed it. The bacon patty melt and fries were especially good.
My wife and I both enjoyed our meal and we both were particularly impressed by the server Emily. She was attentive and personable and we appreciated her.
We will be going back soon.

An employee was in a bad temper as if she was bothered to attend to me, I just went to pick up an order, hopefully, and the next time she comes, her way of being is better.

Buffalo Wings is in such a bad condition, no employee comes on the register, everyone is busy on the phone, it has been at least 10-20 minutes since I am standing there, there is a handsome man standing behind me, he is also waiting, their service is so bad, no other store has such bad service.

I ordered take out and once I got home my order was wrong. I ordered 20 wings with lemon pepper, medium sauce, and garlic Parmesean. I received no medium sauced wings at all plus the the wings tasted old. I was disappointed as the last couple orders have been pretty mediocre.

They have messed up on my order 3 times and they called said they would remake my order (3days later) and comp it once I went they charged me for almost my whole order. Never again will I go here
