Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Google clearly says they close at 10 PM, and I showed up at 8:59 PM — a full hour before closing time. As I pulled up, they turned the lights off right in my face and refused to take my order. It wasn’t even 9 yet!
If you’re going to close early, update your hours. Don’t advertise one thing and act completely different in person. I drove out of my way to come here, and they just ignored me like I didn’t matter. No explanation, no courtesy, just locked up and done.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will never be coming back. Total waste of time and gas. Do better.

I have the same comment as the last reviewer, but I wish to elaborate. Tonight she was the lone person here, cleaning, taking pride, with effeciency and work ethic set to level 11. You are the epitome of greatness. Please keep it up, no matter where your future takes you. I'd make you a Co-owner. I wish there was a way to put a 6 star rating for you.

I don’t know the girls name but it looked as if she were by herself. She took our order before closing and fulfilled an item they thought was out of stock. I wish I would have asked for her name. Thank you so much. We come from Delano and always have a good experience here. Thank you.

The staff Tiffany, Christina, Jenny, Mariah and Hope are incredibly friendly and seem to get along well and work together as a team. Everything was clean, food was hot, order taken swiftly, what more can you ask for?! Nice job BK

For getting paid $20 an hour, I expect fast food workers to at least be better at their job. Half my chicken fries were burnt and the worker had so much attitude like I was inconveniencing her so much when I asked for the drink she forgot to give me. I came in expecting to get mediocre food and instead I got attitude and burnt chicken that I paid too much for so the establishment can pay the wage of their incompetent workers. Shame.

Car in front of me was there when I pulled up to the drive thru. Waited 8 minutes for them to take her order. Then I pulled up and they told me to give them a minute. 14 minutes later and they haven't taken my order yet. 4 cars lined up behind me, I can't leave. I asked if they were closed. No answer. Couple of minutes later I ask the cars to move back so I can get out and they finally ask what I want to order. I didn't get a sorry for the wait or anything. I get to pay and a younger girl and older lady give me attitude like it was my fault?? Again, very rude to me. Not even a thank you or sorry
