I went to the drive-thru but it was fast and easy nice clean new looking place good to see they're still putting up some new Burger

For getting paid $20 an hour, I expect fast food workers to at least be better at their job. Half my chicken fries were burnt and the worker had so much attitude like I was inconveniencing her so much when I asked for the drink she forgot to give me. I came in expecting to get mediocre food and instead I got attitude and burnt chicken that I paid too much for so the establishment can pay the wage of their incompetent workers. Shame.

Car in front of me was there when I pulled up to the drive thru. Waited 8 minutes for them to take her order. Then I pulled up and they told me to give them a minute. 14 minutes later and they haven't taken my order yet. 4 cars lined up behind me, I can't leave. I asked if they were closed. No answer. Couple of minutes later I ask the cars to move back so I can get out and they finally ask what I want to order. I didn't get a sorry for the wait or anything. I get to pay and a younger girl and older lady give me attitude like it was my fault?? Again, very rude to me. Not even a thank you or sorry

Ordered a milkshake at the Drive Thru . She said her ice cream machine has already been cleaned at 6 o’clock. I think they should just shut down. No wonder Drive Thru is empty

After waiting 25 min for a mobile order, late back from lunch, soda was just over half filled, wrap thrown together and falling apart, no dipping sauce, good luck id find another location

Placed my order in drive thru when I get to the window and pay. I get asked if I can pull to the front, and they will bring my food out when it's ready. I'm sitting in my car for almost 15 min. Plus, they made 3 other cars do the same. Went inside to see what was the hold up they had my food on the counter with no one to carry it out. They had plenty of staff 4 plus the manager. The food was cold. I won't be going back to this burger king.
