Went to order 2 coke freeze and 2 cherry freeze, they are both being advised on there big screen. As I ordered they tell me they no longer serve the cherry. If they no longer serve it then why are they advertising it on there screen with nothing saying anywhere that they no longer serve it. This burger king has to be the worst one in California.

I came to pick up a delivery order and I was going to order myself something as well before I use the restroom and apparently nobody can use their bathroom and this is at 7:25 p.m. that's kind of ridiculous so I just grabbed my delivery order and left without spending a dime

Its crazy that no matter what burger king i am going to in the last couple months they ALWAYS get something wrong with my order. Was told through email they cant do anything anymore because im maxxed out on reimbursements. Somehow it becomes my problem that when i pay extra for stuff they dont do it

If I could I would give them a negative 5 stars. Very unprofessional employees there . They were telling me that the BBQ Bacon whopper jr which is on the menu online don't exist . In order to get this burger like it's on the menu they charged me $1 more plus 25 cents for the BBQ sauce . I also ordered 2 whopper Jr without pickles and got one with pickles , bacon and mustard which don't belong on a whopper jr. On top of it everything was cold. This was the very last time I was at this Burger King why giving fast food workers $20 an hour if they can't even get your food right....
