The store needs to be closed down immediately. It has poor Customer Service poor serving time only one employee working cooking and taking people’s orders. No I literally had to wait in line in the drive-through for 30 minutes plus the store is poorly ran it looks like garbage on the inside and outside Food is either always undercooked or overcooked. I literally had a DoorDash order that was cold and melted. I had to go buy a customer their food from the previous restaurant because your restaurant can’t get it shit Olive Drive restaurant Burger King needs to be closed immediately

I ordered on line, checked the order twice before I submitted it. I get really sick if mustard is on my food and I dislike pickles. Even though my order was to leave these off, they were both on the burger. I also got chicken fries. The burger and chicken were both cool. Not a hint of warmth in either. That should not be the case when it was picked up within minutes of placing the order!

Spent $70 and waited over 30 minutes for cold stale fries and a burger I can't eat. Impossible whopper arrived incorrect to the order (everything on it and inedible for a vegan). A waste of time and money.

Quality control!! All food was cold except for the cheesy tots. My lettace was wilted and brown. Absolutely gross!! When you order your food you shouldnt have to tell them you want everything fresh or at least hot!! This burger King has truly gone down hill. Surprised its still going! If u could give this place zero stars I would!!

I’ve ordered through the app and it takes 30 minutes just to get your food from the drive thru. The staff needs to do better. Idk why the staff are just goofing around and working so slow. Is this not a fast food joint? Ridiculous. And the worst part was that I ordered that fried pickle whopper and the lazy staff didn’t put the fried pickles in the burger like I requested in the app. These workers need to be fired if they’re not going to be quick and pay attention to details.
