Very poor management, whomever hired the manager may need to find a new job himself if this is a good employee!!! Big menu screen next to speaker said $3.99 I was being charged $4.99 and telling me I was wrong.!!! ALL of this after sitting in line for 25 mins, and another 15 min. explaining what I ordered is on the menu. Taking their frustrations out on me because they ran out of something new or kids promo special, (according to the CS person at the window/). Very sad. Drive thru window.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I sat in the drive-thru line for over an hour!!!! yes, a full hour!!! just to get my food. This is absolutely ridiculous. The line was backed up beyond anything reasonable, and it genuinely makes me wonder if the store was severely understaffed or just completely unprepared. After waiting that long, I honestly feel I deserve a refund or at least a gift card. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable, and as a paying customer, I expect better. Do better.

Friendly staff. I've been patronizing this establishment for years. Food is well prepared and tasty. Most times I take out but occasionally I dine in. It depends on time of day and how many patrons are seated in the dining room.

I work next door! Every time I go to eat, everyone is always so welcoming and provide excellent customer service! The person that goes above and beyond to exceed great customer service is Jen! I can see that she being very genuine when speaking to me! I enjoy going to this location only!
