I work next door! Every time I go to eat, everyone is always so welcoming and provide excellent customer service! The person that goes above and beyond to exceed great customer service is Jen! I can see that she being very genuine when speaking to me! I enjoy going to this location only!

The drive through is so slow.. you will wait 20 minutes or so each time meanwhile so many people go inside and gets their order taken right away. Meanwhile in the drive through each person that pulls up waits atleast 5 minutes before they can order. It’s insane, I thought the drive through was supposed to be fast. Not here!

The cleanest burger King I have ever been to. Dine in serve time was a little slow but understandable do to lunch rush in drive through. All staff members had smiles and where in cherry moods.

Picked up a door dash order and noticed the employee on burger board putting onion rings or fries in a bag with his BARE HANDS!! Let me say that again BARE HANDS. I looked at the young lady who I assumed was the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders. Coming from a customer stand point their bread is stale. Given them two chances and same thing. Walked in to sit in the dining room to enjoy a quiet meal and the kid in the back at head banging metal music so loud you could hear it the dining area. Terrible!! When calling to tell the manager about the bare hands cook, he just sat in silence. Sounded 12 years old. Didn't even know his own store number!

This location has terrible workers and customer service ….. first off let me just say that everytime I go through the drive through the workers are typically just rude they open the window and there tone doesn’t ever sound like they want to be there at work or there unhappy I’m not sure but i tend to ignore because I get it work is frustrating sometimes …. But I placed an order today and they forgot an important item in my bag … rather then turn around I tried calling to see if I can come back another day for it since I was short on time ….and just like there service at the place they don’t answer the phone …. I think I’m just no longer going to go here cause it’s all too much when you really think about it

Sign said two for $5 but charged me $6. Said the sign was incorrect. Why advertise for a different price, just change the sign to $6.

At 2 pm..There were 0 clean tables. We had to wait for the front person to finish her text to take our order. The order was labeled correctly but was wrong! Restroom was filthy. Good fries though.

Used to be true fast food. They cannot take more than one order at time now. Guess the hire wage left them short staffed or under trained. Sit in the drive through for more than 20mins a ticket
