Took over 20 minutes to actually take my drive thru order, forgot the sauce and straw. My drink is halfway full and they gave me a barely any fries. This was not worth the wait or the food

Man don’t eat at this Burger King there is hair in my kids fries the drive thru didn’t even pay attention and gave attitude for no reason , they put an extreme amount of mayo on my burger and hella pickles as if they’re playing a prank or something. And when I confronted them they got all defensive so I got loud with them right back. It ain’t a hard job you don’t gotta like it just do it the right way.

Disrespectful management, I placed an uber eats order just for them to mess it up and when I went back for remake they take the food out of the bag I gave them and put it in another bag to hand right back to me so I called and complained and was told to come in the next day for a refund and I was refused my refund. Management should be terminated, as a customer I shouldn’t be threatened that the cops are gonna be called just because you didn’t wanna give me a refund. The food was very disgusting and the managers attitude was just not right at all she should be ashamed and should be terminated.

I order an Oreo Shake around 2pm and never received anything. I wasted around $5 and around 15 minutes for nothing. I asked several times when the shake was coming and they always said, "In a bit". They don't care and all around a bad experience. Couldn't even get a refund. Never going to a Burger L again.

I think they need more workers or it might be they can't afford to pay service is ok but is a little stressful for employees it does gets busy and customers always waiting to get help on there orders not sure if is the county or the city on this situation

Lol ok so I asked for a double whopper with cheese and got a single whopper without cheese. Ok no big deal drove back and told them the correct order. So I decide to check it before leaving this time and they still forgot the cheese.. ok third burger they correct it but give me the wrong size fries.. now I feel like a Karen having to be rude to the cute girl that got the order correct on her end so I'm trying to be super nice and tell her about the fries and she hands me a replacement with absolutely no salt.. im over it by this point so I just accept that they just don't care about getting orders correctly ?‍♂️

I went yesterday and was waiting for employees to walk up to register to take my order ... 6-10 minutes passed no one was at register they're was two ppl taking care of drive thru... They need more employees and better service!! I walked out and went to another location which is Columbus st and they have awesome service.. this one sucks

don't order the fiery burger your better off getting a regular burger with out cheese and go add the fiery flavors at home , WHAT A RIP OFF !!!
