Attempted to order from the drive through. Was spoken to extreme rudely and rushed. Decided to not take order. Called to speak to the on duty manager. Found out it was her who took the drive through order. Wife tried to ask why was the service sub par with an attitude and the manager said that's just her attitude and to deal with it. Me and my wife went to the Stockdale Burger King and was met with excellent service. This was at 3:22pm today on November 24th 2024. I'm contacting corporate in the morning tomorrow and telling friends and family there's no need to Service the burger king on gosford and white lane. I use my hard earned money to purchase product and I refuse to be disrespected.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window on Sunday the 12th of May at about 5:00 5:00 to find the manager handling the food so I asked if they're supposed to wear gloves and she said no that's when I looked down at her hands and she had black stuff under her nails enough said.
They weren't buay. But, the food was cold, the ice coffee was watered down, and the ranch was spoiled. It had a film on it.

Service here is so slow! Ordered 1 whopper meal NOTHING ELSE and I waited 13 minutes in the drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of me. A drive thru should not take that long! I couldn't leave because I had 2cars behind me!
