Went for the SpongeBob Krabby Patty combo. Was really surprised at how good the burger was. Yes, I know it’s a standard whopper dyed yellow and cut square, but it actually was a solid burger. A very enjoyable combo.

I had my doubts coming back to this location because I previously had a bad experience, but I really enjoy the food. It’s always hot and fresh. Well today When I went the worker Lupita completely changed my mind about coming back. She had a great customer service and honestly, I’m so glad that my mind was able to be changed about this location, because I live right around the corner and I love using the app. I’d prefer this burger king over the one in stockdale highway

Very horrible service, worker named Maria is extremely rude a customer came in ordering there meal very politely and when they got the order they forgot the drink and Maria was rude saying, “You don’t need to be rude,” That is unbelievable. While I was sitting at my table eating my food she started saying loud cuss words with no shame at all, she threw things and when a customer came to order she said, “What do you want?” No hi, hello welcome but just “What do you want” another customer asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager which I highly doubt. She would also throw things onto the tray shamelessly not caring. Horrible experience next time I go to Burger King I expect Maria to be fired.

Got headache after eat the chicken nuggets. Its full of reused oil taste. Did these place get surprise audits from food testers? Go testing after 10pm.

Attempted to order from the drive through. Was spoken to extreme rudely and rushed. Decided to not take order. Called to speak to the on duty manager. Found out it was her who took the drive through order. Wife tried to ask why was the service sub par with an attitude and the manager said that's just her attitude and to deal with it. Me and my wife went to the Stockdale Burger King and was met with excellent service. This was at 3:22pm today on November 24th 2024. I'm contacting corporate in the morning tomorrow and telling friends and family there's no need to Service the burger king on gosford and white lane. I use my hard earned money to purchase product and I refuse to be disrespected.
