Service here is so slow! Ordered 1 whopper meal NOTHING ELSE and I waited 13 minutes in the drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of me. A drive thru should not take that long! I couldn't leave because I had 2cars behind me!

Went here at 1038am on 11/25/23. Ordered chicken fries, large fry, and chicken sandwhich. Stated lunch started at 1030; we waited more than 10 minutes for our food so we thought that's okay they just switched to lunch so everything needed to be cooked.. Nope, everything was cold. The fries were not fresh at all, half the fries were hashbrowns, the chicken fries were cold and tasted hours old, the chicken sandwhich was also cold. Unfortunately we did not have time to go back and exchange for fresh food. I will not come here again. It's sad that next year these people will be making $20 an hour and they have zero pride or care for the food they're preparing.

Today I went to get a whopper, I waited about 10 min at the window to get it, so I thought it was because my food would be freshly made, when I got home and opened my burger I noticed is 95% raw... how can This place serve food undercooked !! I'm reporting this everywhere I can, the person responsible for this shouldn't work here !!! People can die because of these !!!!I demanding this person to be fired !!

Ordered the half grilled chicken wrap. However, the meat was abnormally tough.Threw it out.Whoppers are the best. Top off with fries and some ketchup and time to eat. Yum yum ?

They weren't buay. But, the food was cold, the ice coffee was watered down, and the ranch was spoiled. It had a film on it.
Very bad customer service lady didn’t let us finish talking at speaker and told us to pull to the first window and showed her a code at window and she got mad and yelled and called the manager who also yelled at us to add the code at the window next time but they didn’t even ask for it to begin with! Horrible embarrassing!

I had the Italian chicken sandwich. It was ok good.....meh. Not much flavor. I had a cherry lemonade and it was great! They had one of the drink machines where you push the button for the drink and any extra flavorings.

Been to this location several times and you can't understand the cashier because she speaks so fast and the traffic noise. Takes forever to get the food, and you have to drive the obstacle course through the shopping carts and street people.
