Went through drive-through. And the speaker wasn't working so had to drive up to the window and we waiting about 5 mins until someone notice us there ordered our food asked for sprit no sprit and we asked for ranch no ranch!!!

This location needs help, it has homeless in the parking lot, there is trash everywhere, and their drive thru has been out of service for months now. I avoid this location as it makes me feel sick after eating here. I'd suggest everyone go to the near other restaurants and not get ill.

The drive threw has been down for a year. One person cooking and taking orders. The food has went down hill. Someone needs to do some upgrades.

Had to wait 10 minutes being the only customer there. Drive through not working and the inside was extremely dirty and smelled disgusting would not recommend at all.

I usually don't do bad reviews but this place needs to train the employees on proper food handling. About a month ago while waiting for my food I couldn't believe what I was watching, the employee was handling my food with her bare hands (after I saw her touching everything else. The manager was really professional after I informed her and told the employee to put gloves and made the order over, after a month or so I gave it another try and the same thing happened again only this time my chicken sandwich sat out in the open (unfinished) for at least 15 mins. while the person that started it went on to wash dishes and clean. After explaining to the manager what happened she was professional and gave me a refund, I really like BK but someone could sick from these practices.
Food was old the old lady grabbed the new grilled chicken and they gave her a chicken that looked like it was in the warmer all day, chicken nuggets were also hard.

Honestly the WORST Burger King in Bakersfield. Drive thru does not work and hasn't worked for months. Food was gross and cold, cookies were hard as stone... place has no lights on outside they look closed down Bread was stale Soda was flat. I don't even know how this place is still operating as a franchise business.
