Still as good as it was 45 years ago on Niles Street... A Bakersfield classic needing no changes. When the owner's kids are the owners, we all get to enjoy the (Caesar's) traditions.
The Caesars Special is still a favorite.

The best sandwich in town! I get the the Caesar on sourdough bread with a side of broccoli salad. Everything I have tried has been above 5 stars. Just walking into the deli gives you the most wonderful scent of comfort. I hope you will give them a try. You won't be sorry.

We catered our wedding through caesar's and I am now a caesar's customer for life. To start, the service we experienced when doing our tasting blew us away. We decided to schedule a tasting with them because they were super transparent with their pricing online, and we had done smaller catering orders through them for holidays and loved it. We had two other tastings in town with companies who were highly recommended (also double or triple the price) and nothing compared...
