Food was good but I don't know what was wrong with the food all my family got sick after eating at this place. And I mean my parents, brothers, sister and all the kids got diarrhea after eating.

Love the food here: fresh taste, affordable and fantastic drinks. Had the tortilla soup and the quesadilla kids meal.

The salad I had was built differently, the meat, rice and beans were under the lettuce, so it was more like a bowl, insteaf of a salad.

18$ for a burrito that a child could’ve eaten on a full belly? Maybe a bad night? Old man checking out was not very friendly nor asked what I wanted besides a drink. Ya I actually would like some toppings besides brown lettuce ?

$3.19 for a regular size soda is extremely expensive. Other than that, food and restaurant staff was great!

First time here, and we ordered off the catering menu. The presentation was so bad that I had to replate all the food. The enchiladas were in a tray with a glob of cheese, making it hard to find them—you had to cut them like lasagna. The taste was okay, but the service and cleanliness of the dining area were very poor. The trash can was full, and there was food on the tables and floors. I’m glad I was just picking up takeout.

One of my FAVORITE food service establishments. Last visit we waited 15 minutes past the opening time until we found another door open so we had to let the staff know of the locked door. Meals are prepared right in front of you. My favorite is the sweet pork tacos. Ask for the pico in the side because it’s very juicy and makes the tortilla too soggy. (Easy fix for that perfect taco!) Sometimes the staff is not fully engaged in the prep of my meal. Dining room is adequate and parking lot is as well. There is an EV charging station right outdoors as well.

Worst veggie burrito I’ve ever had and terrible service

Not impressed, and poor customer service. Not worth the money or time in line.
Do better.

When I ate there I got a bowl and there ended up being water at the bottom of it, the salsa/cut veggies either weren't cut fresh or they were expired when added into the ingredients, I got home and had to get lemon and salt to season it because the chicken tasted so bland. I prefer chipotle, not sure if cafe rio cooks all their stuff fresh. Kinda had a refrigerator taste to it.
