So my takes on Café Rio are this the food is good but I think for the prices you can go somewhere else and get something better. I feel like they don’t put enough meat, but other than that it is flavorful and the toppings are good.

The salad I had was built differently, the meat, rice and beans were under the lettuce, so it was more like a bowl, insteaf of a salad.

One of my FAVORITE food service establishments. Last visit we waited 15 minutes past the opening time until we found another door open so we had to let the staff know of the locked door. Meals are prepared right in front of you. My favorite is the sweet pork tacos. Ask for the pico in the side because it’s very juicy and makes the tortilla too soggy. (Easy fix for that perfect taco!)
