I came here on a Tuesday evening. I've had Boiling Crab in the LA/OC area many times, so I couldn't help but compare the two. I had some of the EZ PEEL shrimp, mussels, and clams; with all 3 sauces mixed together. The seafood was cooked really well, I just wished the sauce had more flavor. It felt like it was missing something, mostly tasted of butter. The service was good. Unfortunately, there was only one employee taking orders and tending tables as well. I hate when establishments are cheap and don't staff enough people. It leads to an uncomfortable environment for both the employees and customers alike. Poor girl was doing her best, but you can tell she was irritated because it became really busy. Food was worthy of 3 stars solely because the sauce needed some more flavor. 2 stars overall for cheaping out and not having enough help for their workers.

First time here and I'm never coming back again. The girl working here was EXTREMELY rude and lacks customer service skills. We walked in and she was on the phone, she handed us the menus and said "sit wherever you want". We're sitting there and after 10 minutes of her ignoring us she comes up to us and says "you know you're suppose to come up to the register and order right" and proceeds to have the most annoyed look on her face. Well if she would've let us know that I would've done that instead of sitting there looking like a dumbass. If I could give this place no stars I would but unfortunately I can't. I felt bad for her because I can tell she's the only one working there but that doesn't excuse her crappy attitude.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews but I wished I heeded warning of these last reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and after dining here tonight It left me with such an awful experience. I paid for ex peel shrimp which I did not recieve. The hush puppies looked sad. They didn’t have rice. The girls at the register were so loud it was distracting. It’s insulting that you spend upwards to $60-100 for terrible service.

I went for my first time today the lady with the revolting lump on her cheek greets me at the counter asks me “what u want?” And I said “hello ma’am it’s my first time. what should I order here?” And she replied with “the menus right behind isn’t it foo! ?” and to that I had no response I got in my car and left. Don’t come here if you have any self respect ✊ toodles.
Great restaurant atmosphere, nice interior subtle set up. Staff are great with their service.great tasting Cajun seafoods. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Honestly the quality of the place and employees has drastically decreased since the last time I was here.It put such a bad taste in my mouth starting with them denying dine in service before it was even 8pm. Maybe that’s a new rule but it blows my mind when there were multiple other people sitting down who hadn’t been served yet.Additionally, the staff is so young and unprofessional. I would highly suggest taking your break somewhere other than the register and maybe hiring someone who actually wants to work and doesn’t just have a nasty face to greet customers with or who throw the napkin dispensers on the table disrupting the ambiance. They don’t even bring you the basic necessities to your table you have to ask them for everything. When another customer came to ask for the rice they ordered the employee screamed; “WHAT”… Poor. Poor experience and quality.Food wise; i don’t know if it’s the batter or the oil they use to fry but it tasted rancid. Extremely overpriced for the quantity. It’s not worth the money.
