This guys are awesome!!! Came in the morning and the service was definitely amazing!!! Food was so great! Everything was clean and perfect!!! This is exactly how a fast food restaurant should be ran!!! Every time I get Carl’s Jr. in town I always come to this specific location!

All Customers Ba Aware!!! You won't get a SINGLE Napkin with Your Order when you get your food when brought to your table by Carl's Jr associate. Neither does the Customer get napkin's when his/their order is to go! Furthermore the drive thru order of WHOM pulled away got napkin's so yep he walked in for napkin's. NO NAPKIN'S AT ANY, NOT ONE TABLE & ABSURDLY ENOUGH FOR ANY CUSTOMER TO GET A NAPKIN YOU MUST GO TO THE CHECK OUT REGISTER WHERE NO YOU CANT GET A NAPKIN YOURSELF ON THE NAPKIN HONOR STATEM OF TRUST EITHER! Im not one to regularly go to fast food restaurants because I'm frugal ex the big carl was only made one way and it was 5 bucks and now there are 3 options and its $9-$13 Burger only make it a meal $20 is crazy but that's the world we live in i just hoped the food would reflected the price

I got a spicy chicken sandwich in the new $6 bag and the lettuce on it was brown and old. You'd think the cooks would've seen that and not put bad lettuce on my food.

Everything went well food was great, fast and service was great. Until I asked how much did he charge me for a cup of ice water. “A couple of dollars”. Nope. Receipt shows $3.39 plus tax. So after I received my food, I said I don’t want to pay $3 for a cup of ice water. Can I get a refund? “No we don’t do refunds “.

On July 16, 2025 at 12:40 PM I brought my kids here for lunch. We had gone to Jack-in-the-box first but they wanted us to order with a stupid kiosk so we left and came here. I really appreciate that I can still order in person here. We all enjoyed our food. I really love the Diablo burger. And our server, Miranda, was very polite and professional.
