Went here around 11:30pm on 7/26 to get my pregnant wife a shake and some jalapeno poppers. Garbage service. No greeting, zero communication. When questioned about the communication the guy slammed the window before he could finish saying “sorry about that”. He did NOT wanna be there lol. Sad. Will not be going here again.

Your drive thru AI is artificial, it’s not intelligent! I clearly ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich. There were tomatoes. Not a biggie for me but I know people with allergies … what if??? Also, your shake sizes are too small and 17.20 for a combo? I don’t care if there was a 1.30 up charge for the shake - THATS CRAZY!

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and purchased three combo meals through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. I specifically requested fresh patties, knowing that sometimes food that’s been sitting too long gets served. Despite this, when I got home and opened my order, the patties were clearly not fresh. They were dry and tasted like they’d been sitting for a while.
On top of that, the fries were cold, hard, and the large fry from one of the combos was barely half full. For the price that we pay for a meal, this kind of quality is unacceptable. I called the store and spoke to a manager, who acknowledged the issue and said he would put my name down for a replacement.
A week later, I returned to the same location expecting the meal to be replaced as promised, only to be offered a single large fry. That kind of response felt like a slap in the face and showed a serious lack of accountability and customer care.
Customers deserve better—especially when we’re paying premium prices. Carl’s Jr. needs to do better in quality control and customer service. It’s disappointing to be served subpar food and then be treated dismissively when trying to make it right.

I came here on a Sunday morning and ordered a single breakfast burger combo with no ketchup. This location is your run of the mill Carl’s Jr.;Customer service is decent like most people have written. The gentleman with glasses greeted me outside the restaurant while I was making a phone call; which was nice. But I thanked another young man handing me the food but he didn’t bother to say anything. Just asked me if I needed any sauce. Even told the two guys working to have a good day but still nothing. They were probably stuck in their conversation. Overall it’s a decent Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to better and I’ve been to worse so this location is right in the middle. Restrooms were sort of clean, but it did have a strange heavy smell in there.

Love going to the Panama and Wible location and getting help by JC. He has the best customer service ever! He is very patient, explains what color wrapper each burger comes in and is very polite and friendly!! He is the reason why I always come.

This is the only carls Jr location that I visit in all of Bakersfield. My food is always fresh and never messy. The staff is very courteous and friendly as well. In all the years that I've been going to this location, I've never had a wrong order or cold food. The manager at the site is very attentive because comparing this location to others around Bakersfield, this is by far the best one.
