Food was not that good cooked, we reach there around 8:40pm and the time we placed our order it was time to close the inside area so we had to eat it outside and it was hard to do any complaints while doors are shut and only drive way was opened, but not happy from Carls Jr services at all .

Horrible service didn't make my sandwiches right at all fries were cold. I asked for cheese and barbecue sauce.It was plain then I turned around, went back to the store to get a refund and they told me that they don't do refunds, which is new.So i've never heard that very rude

They'll double fry old fries and salt them again and serve you those because they're too lazy to drop more fries so you get dark brown over fried super hard fries

Jesse was super helpful and kind when taking our order. He even asked if we needed our hamburger plain. Most likely because we are ordering a kids hamburger for breakfast lol. My son is a picky eater but somehow I always forget to order that burger plain and he won’t eat it. So thank you for that prompt!!

Went here around 11:30pm on 7/26 to get my pregnant wife a shake and some jalapeno poppers. Garbage service. No greeting, zero communication. When questioned about the communication the guy slammed the window before he could finish saying “sorry about that”. He did NOT wanna be there lol. Sad. Will not be going here again.
