First didn’t redeem my reward on the app. Food was terrible, everything was solid rock . 30 min waiting time for it to be cold. Found a long hair in my sandwich and it was in my mouth. Disgusting. Doubt I’d get refunded.

I'm very disappointed I payed fifty bucks for an order that was not what I paid for at all in size and request first as you can see on the receipt I ordered a double famous star no cheese extra pickles well low an d behold my burger came with cheese and no extra pickles I substitute waffle fries for my regular ones and literally only got five pieces in a half full box there are photos to confirm my alligations on top of that I paid for a guacamole burger and got heavy lettuce and a splash of guacamole... Wasn't the motto IF IT DONT GET ALL OVER THE PLACE IT DONT BELONG IN YOUR FACE? THIS BURGER cost me 16.39 I can't believe this Carl's Jr and I couldn't even take it back because I was givin a ride there next time I spend fifty bucks on food it won't be with someone giving me not enough and not what I ordered
