Went to the drive through the AI system sucks and makes you feel rushed when I got to the window I was being rushed by the employee got mad because I wanted to use the app then got my order wrong and said condiments where in the bag but they weren't just a bad experience overall

Dont care for new ai oorder taking much preferred dealing with people food was edible but nothing great or special one combo meal should not be 17+$$ these prices are getting ridiculous your fast dood not a restaurant and its about time they are reminded of that fact its supposed to be fast and cheaper than a sit down restaurant its faster yes but less quality and im not wanting to pay that much for blah blah food and fast service i WONT BE GOING HERE EVER AGAIN

Beware. This location will short your order. 5555 Gosford Rd in Bakersfield, California. My daughter picked up an order for me utilizing the drive through and when she arrived to my home we found that they shorted my order for two Double Western Bacon Cheeseburgers at the cost of $20.00 We immediately called and only got an answering machine. She left the order number, the time the order was rang up and her phone number. No call back from them despite several more phone calls to them. Tried the complainant section of the corporate website and it didn’t work for some reason. Just beware and count your order before leaving this location.

Seriously? I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and asked for a extra mayo because they are usually dry. What do you think qualifies as extra mayo? A little more right? Wrong! You need a gallon of mayo on both sandwiches. They have to be F'n with me and I was perfectly nice when ordering so it couldn't of been retaliation.
And they are making $15.50hr and wanting $20. GTFOH.

The only reason service got 3 stars is because the drive thru is animated, youe not talking to a real person and sometimes the AI doesn't understand and is really slow!!!!! Thankfully a worker jumped on the intercom and I was able to complete my order and she was able to correct the mistakes from the AI. Otherwise, the food and atmosphere were excellent and the human staff were also kind and friendly and very helpful!!!!

It's a Carl's jr! The one thing that will set these places apart is the staff and the accuracy of orders and quality of the food. My family has been to this restaurant many times. The orders are always fairly accurate I believe there was a missing item once or twice but in comparison to other places that is actually pretty good. The food has always been good. The inside could use a good scrub down and clean. I partially blame this on the fact that people do not know how to clean up after themselves. The staff have always been top notch...polite and friendly.

Vegetarian options: They have the beyond burger as an option.

Lollie, I believe the “manager” was so rude to me and my fiancé. We tried to redeems our welcome free item with the barcode she immediately gave us a nasty attitude, asked us “what do you want”, then charged us even after scanning the bar code. We went back to the counter confused as to what had just happened she then proceeded to give us such a nasty snarky attitude so I just asked for a refund on my jalapeño poppers. One worker tried to help us but didn’t even understand either and Lollie didn’t even know how to properly work the system either. There were workers walking around doing nothing pretending to work, there was one woman there actually doing something. This place used to have such great customer service and returning after a couple years it’s a shock to see the “manager” Lollie was the one in charge. Didn’t even know how to work the system, no customer service skills and was just not management material AT ALL. Don’t go here if you see Lollie she will treat you so bad and not even try to help you. Saying “you didn’t tell me what free item you wanted” when she didn’t even ask like how are we supposed to know when you never even offered in the first place we are not the ones looking at the screen come on with your grown self acting like this is your first job. Older women maybe in her 50’s can’t even manage her workers right either, and they get paid $20 for this so sad and ridiculous.
