We happened to stop here cause my wife likes Carl's Jr. The moment we came in I just felt bad vibes. I looked down on the floor their was vomit just sitting there. Later on the child vomited again. As I was leaving out the side door I noticed another vomit area by the restroom. It was a horrible experience.

You can tell they care about customer service, I feel like friend, not just a customer passing by. I only stop by at night if this crew is working, they’re the best at Carl’s Jr.

My dad and I visited the Carl’s Jr on 5555 Gosford Rd. Bakersfield ca 93313 Store #1100471. The store is clean. Everyone is very friendly. The food tasted fresh and the atmosphere was very friendly, Dolores the lady who took our order was super friendly and very patient with my elderly dad and she had such a happy vibe and smiled and didn’t rush us or talk over us. The store was over the top clean I will drive across town to order from this Carl’s Jr.. I feel if people would get training from Dolores then eating in the fast food world would be more of a delightful place. The crew with Shift leader Dolores went above and beyond for not only us but for all customers that came in!!

Went to the drive through the AI system sucks and makes you feel rushed when I got to the window I was being rushed by the employee got mad because I wanted to use the app then got my order wrong and said condiments where in the bag but they weren't just a bad experience overall
