I doordash here often and have come through quite a few times. Typically late night. They close at 2. But somehow anytime after 12 they can only do fried foods? Did they rin oit or do they just not feel like closing when the place closes. Its consistently like this. Come to pick up an order and they don't greet you or let you know whats going on. You're just sitting at the window. Not to mention they have to make the doordashes to order and always do non fried foods or not but if you try to place an order its unavailable?

Seriously? I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and asked for a little extra mayo because they are usually dry. What do you think qualifies as extra mayo? A little more right? Wrong! You need a gallon of mayo on both sandwiches. They have to be F'n with me and I was perfectly nice when ordering so it couldn't of been retaliation.And they are making $15.50hr and wanting $20. GTFOH.

Needed some fast food to watch the college football games. Ordered the western bacon cheeseburger combo. Served fresh and hot just the way it should be. However, there was a bit of an unnecessary wait as it was long. There wasn't that many people and orders to fulfill but everything appeared deliberately slow. Customer service was not all smiles and the restaurant was okay as cleanliness. Not the best experience but certainly not the worst either.

A number 1 thing that can make a great restaurant is the costumer service they provide. In this case the worst costumer service i have had in all the Carls Jr. Considering i was speaking to the manager of that stores night shift. Erika or Jericka is somewhat her name. Does not have a attitude to work and attending people. Carls Jr has just lost a costumer for that specific store for not training their worker to be polite.

Ordered drive through and wad asked to park in front to wait for food. It was a one combo order, and I had to wait over 10 minutes for it. The staff was very apologetic about it, so maybe just bad timing.

I won't be coming here as often anymore. The service here is consistently one of the worst. They say it'll "only take a minute" but you'll be waiting FOREVER. Do yourself a favor & avoid this location. Go to the Marketplace instead -it's worth the drive.
