Tried go order through the drive thru but were told the system was down. They lied. The system wasn’t down. The employees were all sitting there eating together and hanging out. We ended up going next door to Wendy’s and had fantastic customer service and great food.

Service is lacking unfortunately this restaurant suffers from a bad owner and they cannot treat their management and employees with enough dignity and respect to maintain a good restaurant. So then the quality of the service and food suffer. As well as the customers.

Employee was not friendly at all. I noticed after paying for are food that they automatically charges for a double instead of a single burger as they normally do. I asked and they said that’s there normal practice to charge for a double. Ive never had them ring up for the larger burger 🍔 so watch out when you go through the drive through.

I gave it a 3 because of how long it took to get my food and I was first in the drive though. I watched as at least 3 other customers got their food as I waited up front. Other than that the food was great, the fries could have been more than scraps, but all good. And does anyone in the fast food industry understand what extra or heavy means? Finally, the young man working the window, I believe his name was Jesus, was great. That poor guy looked like he was the only one working, but remained positive and smiling 😃
