It's Carl's Jr. Fast food at its finest. The food was prepared well, the place was clean, and the service was fine. Can't ask for much more!!!!

Worst carls jr there is 1. Don't order online they make it right away and it will sit there cold unless you are already there. 2. If they get wrong they have to be asked to remake it instead of trying to add the items(this was the general manager) 3. They will get all items wrong and then when they remake them they'll slop sauce on just because they had to remake it. So then you are left with soggy gross food. Lots of other Carls Jr's to choose from. I'd choose one of them instead.

Love me some calls.Junior chicken tenders at eleven forty at night. First time i've been to This carls junior. I think the lady working in the drive through must have worked to double because she didn't look very happy. But overall good food thanks carl!

DON’T EAT HERE. Breakfast biscuit was barely heated and HARD. It clearly had been sitting there. Server was grouchy. We would have turned around and asked for a fresh biscuit but were out of the drive thru. The place was empty on a Saturday morning so that should have been a sign NOT to eat here.

The Server had a very hard time hearing us over the speaker due to road noise and deteriorated speaker system. The menu was not complete at the speaker so it was difficult to know what was offered for all options, sides, desserts and drinks are not posted. Understaffed. The dining room had about 3 groups inside and one car in the drive through ahead of us.
Our server was very friendly and apologetic for a the extreme wait time which I appreciated. She had her jacket on so I couldn’t see her name tag clearly.
Over 20 minute total wait from speaker to receiving our food order in a drive through seems a bit much. This was not a good experience considering the draw was the lack of busy-ness.

I went to Carl's Jr today. Ordered a bunch of food and drove home.
The food was wrong. After returning to Carl's Jr, the GM fixed the problem with no problem.
Not only was the service great, but for fast food, the food was great and the atmosphere was perfect.
I cannot say anything about all the other Carl's Jr's in town, but, the one on Rosedale Hwy is the bomb.
Brother let me tell you something for today on 09/07/24 12:30 an ordered was put in for two orders of the 2 for 6 spicy chicken, and there are no buns that came with any of them. I don't know if this is some sick joke, but I have to eat it as is now, Cause I only had a 30 minute break. Not enough time to get it fixed on my end. Eating the chicken with just lettuce, and a buck load of mayo was just wrong man. For the line cook that did that Shame on you.

I just left Carl's Jr drive through where the sign read drive through open isn't there for 5 min no one took my order I drove to the windows a d waved at the workers and was ignored for another 10 min finally once they stiped laughing someone came to the windows and told me they were closed turn your open sign off if your closed and stop having fun at my exspece
