It was around 10:40pm . I was starving so I passed by after work. All I ordered was one small meal. It wasn’t busy at all. There was no cars there and I didn’t even get my whole order. I didn’t double check the bag before leaving that’s my mistake I guess and when I got home there was items missing. I’m sad cus I didn’t get what I paid for smh , never going back again.

Food was just barely ok. I usually love a western bacon cheeseburger but this one wasn't right. Chicken sandwich for my wife wasn't good at all. I guess they're were having a rough night? And the service was slow. Come on Carl's your still my favorite but it's going to be awhile before I come back. 😬

This has to be about the best Carl's I've ever been to. The staff were friendly, every but if the food was hot and fresh, the root beer post was solid and not light on the syrup like literally every Carl's I've ever been to. The restaurant was clean, the AC was cold, 10/10 I just wish I lived closer to this location.

I like Carl's. There are several, this one on ming was ok. They had napkins out!! That was good bcuz other stores don't and they never hand out more than one per person. NAPKINS! Thank you. Carls on MING ST! Napkins are important with those juicy burgers.
