I like Carl's. There are several, this one on ming was ok. They had napkins out!! That was good bcuz other stores don't and they never hand out more than one per person. NAPKINS! Thank you. Carls on MING ST! Napkins are important with those juicy burgers.

The employees who work here, work during the morning time is 10:00. I was standing inside for 10 minutes but no one even said hello. After 10 minutes someone said hello to me and I waited for 10 minutes for my order.
I order a guacamole burger and they gave a Jalapeño burger this is not my first time happening they don’t give the right order and for a burger not a combo 11.00 that’s slot

Holy moly the cook must have dumped the whole jar of ketchup and mayonnaise on my burger I mean I had to sit there and wipe my burger's ass it was so drenched in sauce. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous and Carl's jr. Should look into micro managing the cook's ability to put together a burger. Take some pride in your work for God's sake we passed a bill to pay you fastfood workers a couple dollars above minimum wage and we get utter incompetence. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
