I've seen some good Carl's Jr. restaurants, but this one needs help. The strawberry shake I ordered was watered down and too milky... it was made with ice cream that was left out. The hurry up process creates for a messy order. Sometimes taking your time is better. The workers in the back assume most don't speak Spanish, the chisme isn't always fun to hear. Even though it's fast food, you can still be professional about things.

Whoever installed their menu should be fired. It's angled in such a way that you cant see it well when you are at the speaker ordering food.....

Terrible service. If you go, especially after 9pm the employees purposely leave out the condiments on your hamburger or if u ask for extra, they leave it out on purpose. I had to complain several times. Yes, the manager gave me a free burger, but this shouldn't happen after 8 times… Over and over. Also, it happened again 3 days ago. Dont order here. They will give you terrible food all the time.

The AI for the drive through is terrible. It makes the experience so much longer and never works correctly. Never use the drive through. It's a complete waste of time.

I ordered a double guacamole burger and it was bland with no taste. To make it worse I also ordered the new Ghost Burger and not only did it not have tomato lettuce and picked but had jalapeños. If I ever go there again I will demand a real burger or get a refund.
The food and employees were nice. But the drive thru took forever, despite there just being one person in front of us. The AI voice thing takes forever, and once it hears 1 one thing, it is impossible to change it. An employee did come on and take our order and was a lot faster.

First off, there's not even a person that takes your order on the drive thru unless the computer can't understand you.
Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo.... 1) Not even slightly flavored chicken. 2) Ridiculously thin pathetic excuse of a patty. 3) Added cheese, clearly this sandwich was just laying around waiting for someone to order it. The patty was barely warm, the cheese slice not melted at all.
By far, worst fast food chicken sandwich I've ever gotten. Only finished it because someone bought my lunch for me and I didn't want to be rude.
