I placed an order for the TriTip burger and they forgot to add the actual tri-tip. What I received was just a cheese burger. It was an in-app to-go order and imagine my chagrin when I got back to eat.

Went in drive-through AI ordered could not take my order a manager gets on the speaker and it’s super muffled and they couldn’t understand my one burger order then when I got the food, I noticed that the size of the burger I always get it. Every Carl’s Jr. is about half the meat size the meat that they put in their burgers at this location is shrink dramatically compared to every other Carl’s Jr. in town and I’ve noticed that for quite a while now I actually went to a different Carl’s Jr. today to order the same burger to put them side-by-side and I was absolutely correct. The meat was way bigger the Carl’s Jr. on a real road in Bakersfield compared to the one on Auburn Street.

I've seen some good Carl's Jr. restaurants, but this one needs help. The strawberry shake I ordered was watered down and too milky... it was made with ice cream that was left out. The hurry up process creates for a messy order. Sometimes taking your time is better. The workers in the back assume most don't speak Spanish, the chisme isn't always fun to hear. Even though it's fast food, you can still be professional about things.

Get rid of the Ai, it's so slow and unnecessary, as well as getting mixed up when ordering something twice.
Terrible service. If you go, especially after 9pm the employees purposely leave out the condiments on your hamburger or if u ask for extra, they leave it out on purpose. I had to complain several times. Yes, the manager gave me a free burger, but this shouldn't happen after 8 times… Over and over. Also, it happened again 3 days ago. Dont order here. They will give you terrible food all the time.

The AI for the drive through is terrible. It makes the experience so much longer and never works correctly. Never use the drive through. It's a complete waste of time.

I ordered a double guacamole burger and it was bland with no taste. To make it worse I also ordered the new Ghost Burger and not only did it not have tomato lettuce and picked but had jalapeños. If I ever go there again I will demand a real burger or get a refund.
