Me and my family went to Carl’s jr a night ago in order to get dinner after going shopping. It took nearly 20 minutes on order to get our order while people who arrived later than us were served, and when we got our food it was burnt, and a onion on the burger we received was completely raw. We won’t return here again.

Horrible service I ordered a chicken club sandwich, and it didn't taste right. I asked if I could have it exchanged. and while the cook took the same piece of chicken and reheated, I could hear him complaining about it the whole time that I had returned the chicken sandwich

I just had the worst experience in the drive-through window . Some Indian girl tried to help me. She was very nice but could not understand her, moved up to drive-through window had the same problem. They called somebody else to take my order. The food was not fresh , Ordered a big Carl meal. Meat was dry and fries were hard and dry . I will never go back to this location again.

Me and my husband decided to have Carl’s Jr. today with the hopes that we would be treated respectfully, but that was not the case we ordered two famous star burgers One of them very simple only catch a mustard no cheese no lettuce nothing we get back to the car. One burger was the other burger however was not it had cheese and lettuce on it so my husband brought it back in and as he’s telling him Ruben admitted he didn’t hear my husband and snatched the burger off the counter and aggressive threw it away we get the second burger made thinking it was fixed I got all the way home and it was still wrong there was no customers at all they were all back there, kicking it and I’m pretty sure that’s why we were with them. Worst customer service ever because they didn’t feel like doing their job. I’m here to tell you. You are very bad customer service, and the cook as well. I will definitely not be going to this location again and if I do decide to go to a different location and I’m greeted by Reuben, I will be turning back around . I shouldn’t have to check my burger to make sure that it is correct especially for the second time that they would’ve got it right the second time not the first It’s not rocket science it’s basic you treat people with respect, especially if. You’re in a customer service atmosphere you are to treat customers above anything you’re supposed to treat them very well and give them the best customer service not the shittiest that makes people not want to go that makes people want to sell other and that is why I am writing thi review

Inside the dining area it's always empty and nice and quiet if you choose to dine in. Updated restaurant with very clean bathrooms. If you choose to go through the drive through usually there's only one car max in front of you. So it's in and out quickly. If you visit after dark the parking lot is well-lit and it's on a busy Intersection

I ordered a big carl meal and the burger was cold, so cold in fact I could lift the cheese right up off the burger whole intact. Also, I know it's supposed to have sauce, but this burger was drowning in it. I could have blamed it on them being busy, but my friend and I were the only two people there eating.

Went to Carl Jr yesterday my oder was $53 .had just got my foodstamps September 5.they stolen $255 of my foodstamps and Left me with a dollar and ninety five cents.so yes l am reporting this Carl Jr. Be careful with using your cards at this Carl
