Winter Carl's Junior this evening I ordered a burger and a fry. The fries were so greasy and over-salted and cold I went back to the counter with my receipt and the manager said we don't do refunds. All we can do is make more freeze if you didn't like them why would you want another order and they taste like they were cooked in old grease. As high as their food is they should stand behind it and be willing to give refunds especially when you only ate two fries. Manager was very rude.

Drive thru. There was no person taking the order, used an AI which had trouble with my accent. Had to do a bad American accent twice for each item I ordered. Food was mid. The meat on the burger did not taste fresh, and it was obvious that my no onion burger had onions on it at one point as there were still a few pieces left. Still better than the location on White Ln with the horriffic staff.

Food came out hot and fresh, staff was super friendly and got orders out quick. Joined the drive thru line while they were in the dinner rush and the line moved smoothly. Definitely going to visit this Carla whenever I'm in the area.

I picked up my mobile order today 9/13. When I got home and went in to take a bite into my burger it tasted off so I proceeded to check my spicy chicken sandwiches and I saw this. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. Fries tasted like old grease as well. A waste of $40, never coming back to this location again, only stopped by to this location cause I was in the area, but I’ll be sticking to the location on S Real road it’s so much better!

Tania is such an amazing worker, the restaurant is so clean all the time and the workers are friendly and welcoming. The drinks were really delicious!! Such a good place to dine in.

When you pay $16 for a hamburger, you expect that they’re not gonna cheap out on the sauce. It was probably the most disappointing double bacon western I’ve ever had because someone clearly just tinted the bread with a quick smear of barbecue sauce. It was dry and tasted like the plainest hamburger in the world, literally just beef and cheese. The cherry Coke was questionable as to whether it was even Coke because it discernibly lacked any cherry or Coke flavors. The only good thing about the meal was the fries - at least they got those right. Still when your promotional materials shows a hamburger dripping with barbecue sauce, you expect to get more than a tiny smear on each end of the bun.

Nick took my order, and waited on the person behind me who was getting help with the app Nick suggested we use. He then took their order which by that time stacked up an order or two from the drive thru. He turned around and saw the cook was a one man show. He jumped in, helped out while the drive u person jumped into his spot and got me my order. They multi tasked well and the cook, a handled it like a champ, he shook his head and said “let’s go!” - my two burgers good and not just tossed together either. Rushed. But still took the time to not over load it with sauce, etc.
