For me it’s a three hour drive to go buy and bring home carnitas for Saturday lunch once a month. Well worth the trip. I’ve been doing this drive at least six years. When I lived in Bakersfield I would go every weekend. I love these carnitas!!
For me, they're the best in town. Only problem I have is the parking situation. The carnitas are worth the trouble. If you get here before nine, you'll beat the people about to get out of the first mass at church.
Carnitas are probably one of the best in town. They're so good they're usually sold out of carnitas by 10 or 11 a.m. Also their birria servings are plenty for two people unless you have a huge appetite.
