TLDR - very good food for the price but they are kind of slow. You should call ahead.
Chile Verde Mac-n-Cheese, Holy Crap! I went for the pizza, but decided to also share an order of chile verde mac and cheese because it sounded good. this wound up being the star. the other sides are good as well. I'd recommend the potato logs. The pizza is also good though. the only thing is, if you have more than one meat, it can get greasy. i expect that and like it, but i could see some being somewhat turned off. Another note, almost $10 for one slice might seem like a lot, but these slices come in a pizza box big enough for a medium pizza. most people i know can't even finish one.
The reason this is a 4-star and not 5-star review is the slowness. it takes 5-10 minutes to get paid and get your food just for orders that were called in well ahead of time. they have one kid finishing orders, ringing them up, handing them out and restocking and making all the condiment cups. I'm sure it's monetarily efficient, but it does slow things down. Still though i'd recommend giving them a try.

If i could i would give this place o stars why do u ask #1 i placed a order & watched the cashier handle change & dollar bills $$ from a homeless customer that was buying a couple of sodas his money was old & very dirty pulling it out of his pocket. The cataldos worker after he received the $$ he went stright in to making my pizza touching the dough NOT 1× STOPING TO WASH HIS HANDS IF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOOD INSPECTION PERSON THIS WOULD HAVE CALLED FOR A WHOLE RESTAURANT INSPECTION. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CATALDOS PIZZA ON BRUNDAGE RD IN BAKERSFIELD CA. We have real life infected homeless people out here on the streets doing drugs touching drugs that touch this $$$ that is very dirty that gets exchanged thur many people's hands that could really cause someone to get sick needless to say i gave my order away to the less fortunate man who bought the soda in the restaurant i knew he wouldn't mind having any kind of a hot meal. Me on the other hand I'm a germ fanatic & i just couldn't eat a pizza that you never washed your hands OR WORE GOLVES TO MAKE. P.S. THIS WORKER ALSO KEEP WIPING DOWN THE FLOWER OR SOMETHING OFF THE COUNTER WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AGAIN BEFORE GRABING MORE DOUGH. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN POOR SERVICE & VERY UNSANITARY PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF OTHERS DO BETTER OR THIS WILL BE JUST ANOTHER CATALDOS THAT SHOUTS DOWN
I got pizza from here from Uber eats the other day and it was very cheesy and delicious With lots of pepperonis, and the prices are amazing and affordable, so I highly recommend this place I gave them five stars

Ordered large pizza with extra cheese and Italian sausage with an antipasto salad. I typed in no tomato or onion in special instructions box. I also asked for very thin in special instructions box. Pizza was very thin but no extra cheese and salad had both onions and tomatoes. Could not eat the salad (tomato easy to pick out but everything tastes like raw onion even when you try to pick them out.) It's hard to complain or have anything changed when you are doing a third party delivery so maybe it's not a priority to get order correct. Learned my lesson though and won't be ordering again.
UPDATE: manager/owner? Reached out and did give me a refund which was nice since I had not actually asked for one. Appreciated the effort to make it right instead of finding a reason to blame me.
