“Just wrapped up my wedding using NV, and it was the most wonderful experience! My initial meeting with Chef Nate and Dora was simply amazing - we felt his passion for what he and the team does in every bite. Their tasting experience was by far the best and with their amazing customer service, they whole process went smoothly! The best part was the surprise of being served our meal with a special presentation at our table......it was incredible!! Highly recommend NV!!!!“

I would do it all over again! ❤️ Thank you Kristin truly appreciate you! Great Feedback I received from all my loved one from the day of the wedding, all the staff was extremely awesome, great attitude and very attentive to all my family in anything that was needed thru out the night! Best part was the food! Highly recommend 1000/10 by far the best food we have all had at a wedding! Soooo delicious! “OMG!!! I ordered from your food truck during Whisky Flat Days, in Kernville. I had the pastrami dog and let me tell you what, it was amazing!!! I’ve never been a fan of sweet tea, but tried yours and it was the best I’ve ever tasted! Everything, including the service was top-notch!! “This food truck posted up at Polo park one day and we were hungry. So glad it was there because Oh my God are the loaded curry fries delicious! By far one of the best things I've eaten in Bakersfield. The depth of flavor is incredible and and had some good heat (spice) spread out in the fries. Every Saturday my daughter has soccer and every Saturday since eating this I have left disappointed because the truck has not been back. If you happen to stumble upon this truck give it a try and I guarantee you'll be keeping an eye out for it every week after“
