My boyfriend is a huge fan of Charleys Cheesesteaks, it's always a must to go whenever we're in or by the mall. Our go to order is the Chicken Philly and half it because half is enough to fill our stomach! I wish they did provide more sauce or ranch in the sandwich because it was a little dry so be sure to ask for some sauce on top or on the side! Nevertheless, their sandwiches always taste good :)

Great food that was fast and tasty. There is a limited amount of seating inside so be aware if the weather is bad by the grapevine. The service was satisfactory but she was quick and the order was correct

If you plan on sharing a sub, ask to have sliced in half, on center. Mine had one little corner cut off. It takes the same amount of effort to just slice the center and make two equal halfs. Cheese steaks come with huge chuncks of onions. No bell pepper. You can add banana pepper for extra cost. My large fries were medium fries at best and well under cooked. Most of them in the trash. I hate that I tipped a couple dollars. I could have waited another 4 minutes to have a better meal. I would have tipped more the next time, if I went back. Also, nacho cheese is for nachos.Employees were nice though.

Charleys located inside of the valley plaza mall. It is in a food court, so it is surrounded with other businesses here to get the customers money. I ordered a three cheese and bacon sandwich and asked for crispy fries. The order took a while to prepare, but it was excellent. The fries were crispy, the sandwich was hot and tasty, and the staff was friendly and professional. The only drawback might have been the location of being inside a food court.
