Chef Lino’s Grill & Catering

So when this establishment was provided photos of one of their employees being racist and homophobic, they blocked me rather than addressing the issue.

We will NOT be using the services of anyone who supports homophobia and racism.

To the response below, it would’ve been so much more effective to send a message directly stating this, especially considering you had screenshots showing the employee, the profile and the comments made. Instead, you decide to block me, instead simply informing me this was not an employee. If that’s how you handle situations, that’s a major problem. The review stays. This feels very much like a CYA move rather than an authentic response.

Had never been to this place before and the food was not a disappointment! The risotto was so flavorful and everything was delicious! I will be going again and will be spreading the word for sure!

The plate I ordered was fantastic and better quality than I expected

We had a great lunch here table of 8 people. The fish and chips were great. Others had sandwiches and chicken picotta , and the chef Jose was making it happen in the busy kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their lunch choices. Dont eat the garlic fries there addictive lol. .We had fun with the lottery while we waited for our food they had the California lottery scratcher machine and keno. Our server Brittany could not have been any better taking care of us all. She seated us , got drinks, and served our food quickly. Just the right amount of time didn't feel rushed and didn't feel like we were waiting. We were out of there in an hour. Brittany tells us they offer weekday lunch each day. We had a great time! We sat in the front bar area. However, they have added a large covered seating area out back very nice addition. The place felt clean, and the bathrooms were clean. You must try this place at least once, and if you haven't been in a while like myself, there are a lot of changes for the good . I do recommend better ventilation in the kitchen for a couple of reasons, but im not complainingill go back. Overall, it was a great experience .

Parking: Don't stress, parking is like any great hole in the wall , they don't have a huge parking lot but there's street parking and a short walk. Or get there outside of busy hours like noon . I'm not complaining about parking. I'd rather walk a ways to a good /fun place than pull right up to a bad one, lol don't let parking stop you. You could always drop off someone who doesn't walk well at the front door.

My rack of lamb was perfection. The 16 oz Ribeye was more like a 12 oz cut but was also ? good.

I had a Friendsgiving and Familygiving at Lino’s venue, I am immensely thankful to Chef Lino and Mariana for the presentation of all the dishes and wonderful food and for the tasty desserts on such an unforgettable event. Love you guys!

Food not served on time, food cold, people left because it was 1 1/2 hr late. Steaks raw chicken cold. No communication from servers.Horrible catering for the Alexander venue. I do not suggest this caterer. Wedding was beautiful no thanks to the catering.
