Chilakis Food Truck is an absolute gem and hidden gem located right on White Lane in a small industrial park. The restaurant consists of a food truck for the kitchen and a separate building, a small space inside with about five or six tables where you can go inside to eat. It is a cozy setup with vibrant décor, not the best place for a large group but great for small groups or to take to go. The service is great, impressive, friendly, fast, super friendly, super welcoming, welcoming, helpful, and inviting. The staff even offered suggestions and the cook came out to chat and ask how everything was.

The chilaquiles are amazing, delicious, flavorful, and traditional. The chips are the perfect mix of crispy and saucy, loaded with flavor, and topped generously. You have a choice of three different sauces: mild, medium, or hot. The medium heat is exactly that. You can order the chilaquiles plate with chipotle sauce, asada meat, sunny side eggs, and toppings, or the choriqueso style chilaquiles, bathed in a mix of gooey cheese and chorizo. Eggs are cooked to order and come with beans. The salsas are delicious. The plates are served beautifully and the portions are great. They also offer tacos and tortas, but it is recommended to stay clear of just a torta as the bread to meat ratio is way off. Tacos are okay for the most part. The main recommendation is the chilaquiles.

They have a fridge with bottled drinks and a hot water container where you can make your own coffee. The prices may be a little steep for some, but supporting local, delicious food is worth it. There is a one-dollar fee to use cards to pay, so bringing cash or using Zelle is an option. The overall experience is super great, with great vibes. Customers definitely recommend stopping by and will definitely be back soon.
