Came to this location because we had a gift card and decided to each get the 3 for me burgers. Our server was a young man named Nate and he was very attentive. The potato soup was very good and the salad was fresh. The burgers were very tasty and it was a great value overall. There was a small issue where we were charged for someone else's margarita special but Nate apologized profusely for the mistake and his manger Courtney came over and said they would refund us the difference but it would take a few days to go back on the card. Great customer service at this location.

I’ve now been to this Chili’s three separate times, which honestly should qualify me for emotional compensation at this point. The first two visits were… let’s call them “character-building.” I thought maybe the universe was testing me. But no, I’m just dumb enough to give Chili’s a third chance. And guess what? Plot twist: it was STILL mid. Like aggressively mid. Like “why does this taste like it came straight out of the microwave and lost a fight on the way to my table” mid. Service? They were nice but also looked like they, too, were questioning why anyone comes here voluntarily. Honestly, I’m convinced Chili’s is a social experiment to see how many times people will return hoping it magically gets better. Spoiler: it won’t. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re working on your humility or trying to punish yourself for something.

Came in to Chili's yesterday with my family for the first time. It was a busy Sunday. Food was good and the service was incredible! We had Danni as our waitress and we loved her! She went above and beyond for us, drinks were never empty, and she was so sweet. Especially to our daughters! Thank you Danni! Easily the best server our family has ever had. We will be back.

Your website was down so I called to place my order a lady put me on hold. I waited 5 minutes gave up and went in to place it. The man that finally took my order and didn't put my phone number in. When I was paying my bill for some reason there was a 20% tip added without even asking me. How dare him.
Came down to Chili's since we were fairly close by. I forgot my gift card but I've had a pretty good experience in Long Beach. On this day, there was lots of open tables. Myself, wife, and baby boy were seated close to other people. I will say I do like Chili's atmosphere, the tables have plenty of space and was clean. I wish we could of maybe been a little further from people, there was a teen next to us sneezing like 12 times, the older gentleman behind us was coughing. It felt as if we were seated in the sick section. That really made our experience a bit less enjoyable. Food wasn't bad. I don't know why I thought they had a bigger selection of food. I just went with the Triple Dipper. The Sliders bread was very dry. Everything else was good. My wife's macaroni was salty, the ribs were ok. The blonde gal who was our server was nice, she seemed like a young adult. Nothing was above and beyond with service. We scored neutral on the survey. If we were seated else where, I would of brought up the rating. I understand they want to keep everyone in the same section.

Me and my kids like coming here usually we get great service but this time we did not the server only came up once to the table are glasses were empty no napkins and that right there very disappointed so managers need to step up on their customers come first but I do have to say the food was great service was not 👎😠
