We unfortunately will not be back. Customer service is terrible. I drove 40 minutes round trip to pick up food from them and they forgot the sauce and rice for my sweet and sour chicken I paid $17+ for and the best they would offer if you can come in tomorrow and we will give you rice. They refused to refund. I wasn't asking for my whole order free, I just feel like when you forget two whole components of a meal, a refund for that item is warranted. Not even an offer to make my drive worth it and completely remake it tomorrow. We unfortunately will be looking for a new favorite place to frequent.

My food was delicious. The shrimp fried rice was fresh and loaded with shrimp. My fried shrimp was fried perfectly crispy. Both dishes were seasoned well and very tasty. To be honest after reading some of the reviews I was thinking did I make a boo boo ordering from this restaurant. The negative reviews did not reflect my delicious dinner. Thank you China Bristo for your greatly prepared food.

It sucks!!!!! This restaurant used to be the spot to go and get food. Family meal price went up and food amount went far down. Not only that, the containers only got filled 3/4 full. The girl that helped us had a sour attitude ( not the usual girl that’s always there). It’s a shame we been coming here for years. I guess it’s time to look for another place to take our business.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for over 25 years & each time they’ve served excellent food, making special accommodation for our vegetarian requests, even making the à la carte items spicy. They now have vegetable rice noodles which are really delicious.

In defense of this restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our large Christmas Day order to be filled, due to one chef cooking and no-show workers. Finally some other workers came to help, so our large order was finally filled. To make things right, the chef LOADED our party trays, and the meal was delicious! All of us got stuffed, plus we took home extra trays of food. It ended up being a good deal, even though we waited!

I think I got a parasite or wkrm thats causing cardiac problems or aomething in my chest on my heart ever since ive noticed eyebproblems amd heart pain and now im losing control on my right arm and its becoming numb and random twitching etc. Something caused this from here and I will find out.

This place used to be my favorite, I came here all the time during lunch for the Student Special because my school is nearby. Ever since they changed owners or employees the food is dry and they serve SO MUCH LESS. On top of that they don’t turn the A/C on in this 100 degree weather…

I’m so sad that I have to find a new lunch spot.

Haven't been here in a while. Went in today for dinner, and just by looking at the trays it was unappealing. The noodles changed from the yummy saucey brown noodles to yellow dry ones. The beef and broccoli had no flavor and not saucy at all. The eggroll was old and not crunchy. The place was bare. Only 2 other customers besides us. I miss the old China bistro. It was my #1 spot(only the Ming location) but now...I will never go back. I will go to Bamboo Cafe instead. They never disappoint me.

ZERO STARS!! This was one of our favorites and today we recieved our order and deep down in the rice noodles there was a fly!! We threw the entire order away & none of us ate!! NEVER WILL WE RETURN!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT FLIES AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE IN YOUR FOOD!!!

Disappointed that there were NO sauces provided with our meal. What does that mean? Ordered sweet and sour chicken, no sweet and sour sauce. Ordered teriyaki chicken w sauce on the side, no sauce provided. Ordered shrimp, no sauce provided. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

Ordered online and still had to wait for 30 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. Service was terrible (rude) and food was very bland. This was not my first time eating here, but unfortunately it will be my last!

Food was flavorless and dry, but good portion for the price, siracha was watery and vinegary. Location was clean and staff was nice
