This food was inedible all the way down to the fortune cookie. The egg roll was empty! We used to pick up food once a week. Not one single pepper in the kung poa chicken. And the noodles were just noodles, not the Chow mien you used to get and they were undercooked. I literally threw up. So disgusted that someone would serve such awfulness. We are so done?

DO NOT EAT HERE! I got very sick with food poisoning and suffered greatly! Tony the cook/manager along with Tina (if that’s even her real name) did not want to take blame for undercooking the coconut shrimp. First, they tried to serve me old food and then didn’t wanna serve me fresh food at my request. They were rude disrespectful, and did not care. When I tried to return the food, she said oh I have to call the manager and I said go ahead but then after I said, go ahead, return the food I do t want it. Then she call’s the manager all of a sudden & wanted to remake the food. Everyone knows what goes along with food poisoning. So I’d rather save you all the details! The amount of pain and suffering involved was unbearable. They need to take accountability for their poor actions of not following proper protocols when cooking seafood and the time limits. Please take your money and your business elsewhere. Save your self the pain & suffering. This place is not worth it. It’s completely changed. It used to be so much better. I’ve been living in Bakersfield for over 10 years and everything seemed to change after Covid. DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT, DON’T COME HERE!

The food here is always so awesome. Clean atmosphere and friendly service. I personally like the new orange chicken, the black pepper chicken and the vegetable rice noodle. Definitely would come back again!!
The bad reviews are literally Karen’s lol because this place is so good I’ll never go to Panda Express again I been here twice and the food was delicious customer service is good and it clean but the food Omg best Chinese food I ever had and that says a lot I’ve been to so many places and this one was 10/10 I’ll keep coming back please don’t ever go out of business food is amazing ?????

it’s extremely unprofessional to make drivers of food delivery orders to make way excessive times versus customers walking in getting priority service. Meanwhile, the customer is waiting for their food to get delivered are also probably on a strict time restraint just like the customers walking in.. Additionally, the uncaring this of the workers towards the driver and as a result, the customer ordering I probably confused why their food is taking so long meanwhile, other restaurants are able to have orders ready on arrival, but this store never does….. it says a lot about their willingness to cater to customers ordering online versus customers walking in. I had 10+ customers helped before my order was even started for this delivery and it’s not the first time. if you’re going to order food online, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it from here because they don’t care if your food takes a long time. people ordering nearby or ordering from this restaurant because they think it will be a quick eat. They don’t know that ordering online from this restaurant will cause you to wait extra time because they don’t care about how long it takes to get out that order when an order is expected to be picked up at a certain time it’s expected to be picked up at that times not only affect the driver, but the customer. when you’re paying extra to order food online, you would expect to be treated the same, but you are not you are treated as less than

I have been coming here for over 9 years and the last four times I been there its been a disappointment. The food isn't made the same like the black pepper chicken, and vegetable mix. They are adding more sides which is lowering the quality of the dishes they have
Customer service has gotten worse. Ordered a bowl twice and they gave me a combo B and acted like they didnt understand so I left both occasions spending way more because of their lack of listening.
I use to always recommend this place as the best place to get Chinese food, but today is my last day.
