I usually don't write reviews but I have to admit that the new ownership have really made a big difference. The food is way better than I remember.They added a few new options which are really tasty. I tried the butter shrimp ? and general Tso's chicken with a side of green beans, delicious. Also portions were really hefty and prices were good.There was a good amount of people so it took a while to order which was the only bad thing. But our food was really fresh so it was well worth it. ? ??

Came down to Bakersfield to visit my family. Chinese food always been my go-to traveling or just on a lunch break. We decided to try out China bistro and it was delicious everything was fresh! It was not overly greasy and the seasoning was perfect! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Chinese food like I do! Even the customer service from the girls at the front was great!

Wow ! Now that is under new management, food is so good , you guys need to try their garlic fish , and wonton soup , technically everything!! Recommend!

Employees are super sweet and nice. Very patient as well. It was my first time coming and wasn't sure what to get and the lady was recommended the coconut shrimp and I absolutely loved it! I came again a week later. Super good and lovely environment
Five stars I have given this food place they were well kind very respectful fast service, and the portion loads of food was perfect believe it or not but it fed me and my dog and I really, really like their taste of mixtures when it comes to shrimp chicken beef and so on!!! I would definitely continue to come to this China Bristol restaurant. I would recommend it to those who like Chinese food and no it's not dry it's well cooked I am happy customer.

Every time I go here I tell myself I’m never going back so I’m going to try to remember that. Over $11 for a two item combo and a soda. Had the teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. Most of the chicken was very tough so I know it has been around for quite a while. Really not that much flavor except for the fortune cookie was pretty good. Owners never acknowledge you when you’re leaving their establishment like most restaurants will do to thank a customer for coming in I have never heard of thank you whatsoever at this place. Not very clean, tables are wobbly and you have to beg for a key if you want to use the restroom. Not worth the price whatsoever. I don’t see how they stay in business.
