0/100 NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND INATTENTIVE The food was greasy and extremely sub par with multiple things being rotten. the whole reason I went was for the 'fresh snow crab legs' and they gave nothing to open them with so I sliced my thumb open Was completely ignored from the moment my party sat down, a large stack of dishes being ignored the entire time we were there.

The food was cold, and the owner, a woman who was extremely rude, made things worse. When we mentioned that our food was cold, she immediately raised her voice and snapped at us. She claimed the food was sitting here and we been eating it and the ac made it cold, even though we havenāt been sitting with it for a while, and the air conditioning wasnāt even on to blame for the temperature. After that, she stormed off, speaking in Chinese to her staff while laughing and complaining about us. Although we donāt speak the language, her attitude and behavior made it obvious.

Food was bland and felt either soggy or chewy. Styrofoam plates are pretty weak so you probably need two of them.
Last time I ate here was before the Covid pandemicā¦ The food there then was tasty And the variety of food options included crab legs, several different styles of shrimp, peanut chicken, and several others that I cannot quite rememberā¦ I went there yesterday and I was completely disappointed. The food options have dwindled and the quality of the food was barely edible.The lady at the front was surly and appeared to hate her jobā¦My wife did her best to find something that she could eat and spit out most of the things she tried. We will not return

I love this place been going here ever since 2021. I'm a regular and the owner knows me and my husband and all our kids very well. She's very nice she knows what I like. I love her salt n pepper shrimp more than everyone else's in bakersfield. It's always on point.
Vegetarian options: Kimchee, salad, fruit, desserts, green beans, jello, etc...
